Shoppers Drug Mart

This Shoppers Drug Mart is located at 123 Rexdale Blvd. Is one of my favorite drug stores. It is nice, clean, neat and things are organized on the shelves.
Although, it is not convenient for me to visit this store, because of the distance, still I'd to drop in when I passed by.
Recently, I had a medical problem, just about to faint over while I was waiting for my drugs to pick up They called the Paramedic for me, while I was waiting for the Paramedic, they took excellent care of me, brought me water and 4 pills for me to chew to prevent the heart attack.
Their caring, kindness and helping are greatly appreciated and thankful. 💓

My go-to Shoppers. This place always has what I need. Beauty products, snacks, birthday cards, I pick up my medication monthly from here. Everyone is nice and easy-going.

The pharmacy team is great at answering your questions and concerns about any medication your taking.

Good clean and quite place for a afternoon Friday stroll . Open 24 hrs ..

I had a great experience at this location thanks to Jeanefer, the amazing pharmacist who helped me out. She was super friendly and quick with the service, and our quick chat made my day. Next time I need to get my medications, I'll definitely be asking for her assistance again.

5 ⭐ specifically goes to Sonia/Sonya the lady working in the cosmetics/perfume section. She helped my boyfriend and i purchase the best cologne and perfume that suited our style and favourite scents while keeping in mind our price range. Excellent customer service and such a kind woman. She was taking care of a few more customers at the same time and made us all feel heard and helped out! Will 100% be coming back for all my perfume/ drug store cosmetics needs for Sonia! Thank you ☺

I had to write a review about my visit due to exceptional customer service at this location! I understand Friday is a bit of mess with price changes not showing up in the system and tonnes of price edits to be done but when checking out I noticed the prices were ringing it at regular and not the sale price and so I informed the young lady at the cash register. She swiftly moved me over to her cash register and ran through all the price edits and helped me out with a smile on her face. I really appreciated her customer service even with how packed the front cash area was. Thank you Natasha, I really hope your management see this and rewards you for you phenomenal customer service! I always come here late at night from like 12-3am so this may not be for everyone. The workers at night are really chill and its honestly really calm and smooth, no problems. Also its always clean and looks nice.

Today, I tested positive for Covid while at home which was an absolute shock to me as a senior citizen. Mercifully, this Shoppers Drug Mart stocked Paxlovid to minimize the bad symptoms of Covid. Neither Walmart Pharmacy nor another pharmacy in the area carry this important prescription drug.

I was able to get the order filled over the phone thanks to the speedy and caring work of Pooja the Pharmacies. She was terrific to me; I'm so impressed. A friend of mine picked up the prescription for me so now I can start taking it this evening instead of having to wait until tomorrow morning when Shoppers' delivery person would return. The sooner I start taking this drug, the better for a quicker recovery.

Pooja was so kind and even talked to me multiple times on the phone this afternoon so she really showed patience and excellent customer service.

Big recommendation from me to get prescriptions from this Shoppers location!

Wow. 5 stars for my experience today at this location. Was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. I was startled, surprised, it was unexpected. A powerful smile and greeting like that is contagious.

It is a very busy location, but they are giving a nice customer .
Regarding the care, Mohammad and Abdullah are delivering great client service .
Last weekend, I received a call from rexdale Shopper's drugmart (0857)regarding my ongoing medication, and I really appreciate the shopper drugmart rexdale for caring and giving call back to their customers .I received a call from Harpreet Kaur (pharmacy student ). I have some questions regarding my ongoing medication, which was perfectly explained during the call .

For a store that's open 24 hours this is one of the best Shoppers. Staff is friendly and helpful. But this review goes out to Christine in the Cosmetics Department she is super awesome. I've only dealt with her twice but hooked. She is so helpful and she expresses her honest opinion. The makeup she has recommended to me has always worked. She always has all the products in stock and she makes the effort to check the stock in the back to make sure. She's super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this Shoppers and Christine too all my friends and family. Thank you Christine ! 😊

The Canada Post staff at this Shoppers Drug Mart location were both professional and even sociable during the short amount of time it took to mail out my parcel.

Pretty good store and very convenient. It is open all the time, so going there at 2am is possible. The store is very clean and the people that work there are friendly. They also have a self-checkout.

If there is a downside it would be that they often only have one cashier working, so if it is busy and you are paying with cash you might have to wait a few minutes.

This is review is for the cosmetic section. 2 for 2 in outstanding service. First time I came was for blush and eye brow pencil. I'm darker in complexion and the cosmetic manager took her time to show me the brands and colors that would work for me. I would say atleast 20 min of her time trying to help me. Today ..long weekend sunday afternoon a beautiful blonde lady with perfect makeup (cant remember her name) found me the perfect match on foundation. I was switching from makeup forever hoping to find a drug store comparable ..again ..she spent 20 minutes or more with me..and not only did she find my match but as she described..water resistant..did not move in this heat..sooo impressed with the service I've received at this location. From $40 to $14 on sale foundation..super happy! Keep up the great service ladies! Added Dec 29, 2018....3 for 3...I received help from Tara...very funny, funny and most importantly helped me find another match for foundation. Thanks again for your help!

I honestly love this Shoppers, it's 24 hrs so very convenient for me. I love the midnight staff Latanya. She's adorable, So friendly, always welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, very passionate. My husband and I shop their every week and will continue to go there. Keep up the great work Latanya.

Went for spouse 2nd COVID shot. Vaccine was very well planned, no line ups, smooth and easy. Add in a well stocked, clean store with adequate parking and pleasant staff
