Was in the store on Thursday of the long weekend. Had the pleasure of talking with Shannon. A lovely lady who was very knowledgeable. She took the time to find the right products with me. She did not rush and was very kind during several staff interruptions she helped out other staff while maintaining very professional. I will be returning again in the near future to seek her help and advice. A sure plus to this store.

One of the best stores in Oakville, conveniently located, always a good selection of wines and spirits, a fridge with cooled wines and beers, the store is not huge so you can find everything and not spend hours looking for something, professional and helpful personell.

At 2:00 PM on a Tuesday, we were only 2 cystomrrs in the store. I had pre-ordered sameday online a couple hours ago. Email came saying order was ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. In and out , happy, smiling, helpful cashier. Lots of easy, available parking.

Finding the non-marketed flavours of Bailey's and the end of the socially-distanced line were difficult, but otherwise they have a great selection and are doing an excellent job with their Covid-19 measures. I don't buy alcohol often (maybe once every year or 2), but on those rare occasions I come here. Highly recommended.

I tried ordering some special Rum not available in Oakville. Could have driven to Etobicoke, but wanted to order. Superb customer service! I called the Upper Middle and 8th Line store and a very helpful lady patiently walked me through the process, the system took over, and arrived at the store for pick-up just in time for Queen Vickies Birthday. No line ups, Nice!

I dont drink so basically i have 0 knowledge of any wine.it s my first time to lcbo, I was here just to get a cooking wine for my mussels，but i got lost after seeing so many wines. Luckily Cedric, one store associate, assisted me for picking the right one. He even wrote a recipe for other wine cooking cuisines. He is sooo helpful. 5 star for Cedric. Sharing the recipe for someone needed😄

Upper Middle rd./ 8th line. Probably nearest LCBO to me but luckily they have no line ups, friendly staff + helpful too. Plenty of free parking outside. One mention to LCBO for all stores, I am gluten free & the price of cider my main purchase is outrageous compared the beer prices. Exampe up to $3.45 for 500ml can of apple juice. 🍏🍏🍏🍪

They sell Conor McGregor's Proper Twelve whiskey. It's so good you'll wanna throw hands with your step dad (don't actually fight him though he loves you like his own and violence is never the answer)

Not a lot of American imported beers. Although there are similar tasting one. Friendly staff.

Clean store with good physical distancing rules and COVID precautions. Customer service can sometimes be dismissive but not a huge factor for a LCBO.

LCBO seems to have upped its game recently with increased selection, variety of formats (bottle sizes and types), and services. I really like the cold beer rooms, and range of Scotch at my local store.

Very helpful in assisting me find a bottle of Amarone. When not in stock, they gave me great options. Excellent customer service!
