We had a great shopping experience with Allfa! He was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend!! The variety of styles and function of their shoes was amazing and the store was very clean and comfortable. 5/5 all the way!!

A great place. The staff is very nice and patient. I was greeted with service. As soon as I arrived there with my dad to get him some shoes, Alifa was the one who helped us out, and he was terrific. He has great knowledge of different types of shoes that complement your feet. After trying on 3 pairs, he finally found one that my dad liked, 10/10 service, so, I would definitely recommend you go to this location.

The staff were very helpful and attentive on a busy Boxing Day. They had the runners my partner and I wanted in stock. This continues to be my favourite New Balance store.

My wife and I each purchased a pair of NB 880 runners this evening and were assisted by the Fit Specialist Joseph. Joseph was very knowledgeable determining the correct size and colour of shoe for both of us. Thanks Joesph, for making our purchase such a good experience and we’ll be back!

SO I HAVE BEEN WALKING A LOT AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT SHOES I HAVE BEEN WEARING CROCS FOR 20 YEARS. MY PALS TOOK ME TO THIS SHOP AND WE BOUGHT 3 PAIRS OF SHOES AND SOME SOCKS. WHAT STOOD OUT IS THAT I WAS TREATED WELL THE STAFF WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL TO ME AND MY FRIENDS AND I LEFT WITH A GREAT PAIR OF SHOES THAT I HIT THE GYM WITH TODAY AND THEY FELT GREAT LIKE I WAS WALKING ON AIR....THANK YOU VERY MUCH I LOVE MY NEW WALKING TIRES

Received excellent service from Amber in store today. Needed to return an online order that was small. She processed it efficiently and measured my foot to get my correct size as well as try on another pair to see if the size works. Will definitely visit this store again!

Went to this New Balance retail store in north Oakville to return a pair of runners I bought on line but were too small, I called ahead and spoke with Rebecca, she invited me in to return the shoes and get sized up for the right fit vs ordering and guessing.
Rebecca greeted me at the store, was great to talk to about running and was genuinely interested in getting the right fit for me resulting in an on-line order with free delivery to my home.
Would definitely recommend this store and this brand.

Loved the experience at the Oakville store. The website has updated inventory and the in store experience was lovely. Joseph was very helpful, helped me process my inventory quickly and helped out with a sizing on a new pair of 574. Nice and easy 😊

Joseph was a great help! We went to pick up shoes for my mom that the doctor recommended. Joseph suggested we try on the men’s after they didn’t carry the women’s 11 in store. This was perfect as it added some extra room and we could take them home today. He was friendly, helpful and efficient! Thanks Joseph!

Went to this New Balance store in Oakville and the customer service there was amazing. I was first greeted by an associate named Joseph and throughout my whole experience here, Joseph gave many recommendations according to my feet by measuring my feet size and width with a new balance machine that calculates the exact size and width for your shoes. He had took the time to bring out many pairs of shoes for me to try and find the right style and fitting for me.

I would definitely recommend you to ask for Joseph to help you find the right pair of shoes or apparel as well! 10 stars ⭐

Had a very good experience trying shoes here. Unfortunately I couldn't buy one because the stock was a little limited in length and width options.

But the staff was incredibly helpful. I was working with Grant. He was knowledgeable about the products, went above board with figuring out the sizing and fit configurations for my weird feed, and was patient. He understood that shoes are a critical decision in the fitness journey and his behavior reflected that.

Wish the store had more stock options. Also, FWIW, the 3D scan is pretty much a joke. It diagnosed me to be a size 9 regular, when I'm a size 10.5/11 regular on almost every brand under the sun.

The store is newly renovated and looks great. Excellent selection of shoes and apparel. I got expert help from Zayan who was very knowledgeable about running shoes and he helped me make the right choice. A great running shoe shopping experience!

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Zayan. He was very knowledgeable on the NB shoes I was looking at and pointed out the features and benefits of each shoe. The colour of shoe I decided on was not available in my size; however, Zayan was able to order the shoe in for me and I could have it delivered to the store or my home. It was my first time in this store and I found the lady Amber very helpful and super friendly. She was able to help me figure out what I was looking for as she seemed to know a lot about the products because I never really splurge on the good stuff. Usually just Walmart for me but i decided to treat myself and I’m glad I did. Would 100% return to this store.

New balance has awesome clothes, shoes and staff. I love the atmosphere. I was given great service by a lady named Amber. She made me feel very welcomed & comfortable!

Zayan asked a few questions and within a few minutes I was trying on the shoes. He knew all about shoes !
