Great place with lots to chose from. I got a few gifts here and the prices are reasonable

Good collection of women's thermals. The sales executive ladies are nice with cooperative behavior.

Visited Just Cozy Store for cozy wear but was disappointed with the service. Although the store has comfy clothes, the staff seemed unwelcoming and unhelpful. It impacted the shopping experience negatively. Hope they improve their customer service.

Horrible alert !!!!!world's worst customer service by the red haired woman at the counter at Milton location. So toxic! Literally fought with us within a two minute interaction. Earning such bad karma just for an extra bag even though we bought two separate items. Avoid the store even if you had to enter to save your life !! Terrible experience. She even refused to tell her name. Gosh! How is the company even allowing her there

Only if i could rate them in negative, i would have trust me..the lady with red hair oh my god so rude, can’t believe after all these reviews she is still working there.

Horrible customer service, iam not sure jamaican or african women, just showed her strange attitude asbif she did not care and started arguing with me and my mother in law that we should have folded the leggings back and when we asked her we are ready to pay she looked at us in a very rude way and said she is not ready and she will come whenever she feels like and just left and kept folding her stuff at the back where as she was right there at the counter when i took the leggings to her. Very very rude. If this is the customer service we get at a store , we are returning there, might as well go to other just cozy stores and not at dixie outlets.

Worst customer service that you could ever imagine from a retail store. There African women who was just treating us as if this was her last day at the store and she didn't care and I hope it's her last day. Neve r going to entre the store if i see her.
