Fido (located inside the ROGERS store)

Customer of Fido for over 10 years. In all the years of being a customer I have never had such perfect service from Amrit at the Dixie mall location in Mississauga Ontario. In the time spent with Amrit he provided exceptional customer service. He did not rush for a quick sale but took the time to help, and at the same time created trust from us from his professionalism and knowledge. I recommend everyone to visit him next time you need assistance at Fido. Amazing guy!

Came to get a new connection for my wife. Spoke to Shayan and he is very helpfull and frindly. He dealt with me professionally and offered me the options available. He gave adequate time for me to evaluate. He didn't rush me to close the deal.very happy about the service.

I visited fido at dixie outlet mall. Upgraded my phone to iPhone 13. Got an amazing deal from Amrit. Had a great customer service experience there.

Tiny stand

I was specifically instructed BY FIDO to return my modem to this location, however the RUDE lady working here on November 10, 2021 at 1:00pm refused to accept the hardware! I returned home and called Fido and spoke with KAMAL and she said the lady at Dixie mall SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THE MODEM RETURN! Kamal exclaimed -"That lady was rude"

Can't trust the Sales people here!
Sir no sir! They tricked me. On Black Friday they closed the FIDO stall and directed everyone into the Rogers Store.
I checked for better monthly deals on my mobile phone. The sales girl shared FIDO $30 per month 20GB data plan + $25 per month 20GB on the second line.
When I went up to the guy behind the desk, he confirmed the same plan.
I signed up and ported to FIDO with the sales guy.
Three days later I received the bill stating $35 per month instead of the promised $30. Similarly the second line got charged $30 instead of the promised $25 rental.
When I called the sales guy about the trickery, he refused to confirm the terms at which he sold me the plan.
I don't know about the OLD management, but New Management is letting their Sales people really loose.
Don't get tricked!

This store is absolute mess the guy Kiro working there has no idea what he is doing I had to show him each and everything when checking. For the offer he couldn’t find it i had to show him where to find it. The guy is actually clueless don’t know who even hired this guy

I went to Fido and tried to get a plan but the lady
Manta some how switched and deleted my friends account from rogers and put his rogers account on to Fido . Not only did she not care that she made the mistake it took around three hours to undo everything she mixed up .Also communicating was very difficult due to her poor English, She did not wear a Mask and was on her phone threw out the period I was charged 56$ for an activation fee that I don’t even have. Very rude customer service do not go there.

A very rude lady works here in the afternoon.
I went there to get some info about their wifi but the lady kept talking in her phone and didn't even answer my questions properly as a result I had to go to another fido branch.

no Fido here. I spent half a day to get here, but there is nothing about fido

Not an honest sales team. Avoid getting tricked, don;t go by their word. Read documentation clearly!
