The manager Mir has a very polite behaviour and provided satisfactory service unlike the manager Anthony at the square one location who refused to change my VITAL product which was under warranty. Mir did not ask a single question when he processed the warranty replacement.

Fantastic services without the headache! Viarag Came to my rescue because I forgot my headphones and needed headphones immediately. He was very clear with the information about the headphones. Also explain about the deal I’m going to save cut because it’s boxing day. And had me out of the store, and on my way very quickly to return back to my DJ gig. I purchased a beats Solo headphones. Thank you again.

Had the best experience at the source in Dixie mall. The two men who worked there were knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and also set my new phone up for me while I was there. They also helped me save money ! They were overall great to deal with and I'll be going back for sure!

I just walked into the source at Dixie outlet mall and bought my daughter an iPhone 14. The staff were very helpful and professional. The service was excellent!

My husband and I were looking for a new phone plan for our entire family during black Friday weekend. I happened to walk into the Source to browse not expecting much. When i entered I was greeted by a very nice young man who worked there named Akshil Sharma. To make a long story short, Akshil listened to what my needs were and worked with his manager to find me what I can only describe as the perfect phone plan for my family and myself. He even stayed 1 and a half hours after his shift ended to finish setting up all 4 of the phones I received with the 4 plans I activated. I had bad experiences with telecommunications selling agents in the past. However, Akshil was basically my Angel. If you are ever looking for a new phone plan visit Akshil at the Source. I visited this store to inquire about deals on my phone plus i wanted to buy a macbook. The staff there was so cordial, specially their associate Mohit Wadehra. He seemed so well-informed about everything, had a welcoming approach and helped me select the best laptop. He also gave me the best deal with additional benefits. He communicated with me very well about what i was looking for due to which my experience at this store was amazing. Great experiences surely makes your day. Excellent services provided at this location by the manager Shikha and associate Ishmam. Highly knowledgeable and cooperative staff. Just came to browse around and come to know about the excellent phone deals with bell and virgin, ultimately signed for virgin cell phone plan. Highly recommend this location (Dixie Mall).
