Excellent customer service as usual. I needed to pick up two barrels for shipping and I was able to get the sizes that I needed. They were clean and reasonably priced considering the current market inflation. I also picked up fresh produce and dried Goods. The crowd was building up in the store but very organized and people were respectful to keep their distance even though the mask mandate has been lifted all shoppers have their masks on.

I always find what I'm looking for, fair prices and exceptional service for years.

During COVID they're following all safety protocols.

Previous review is unfair. I see customers wandering around stores during COVID just to "look around" while customers who need groceries are waiting outside due. I appreciate that the owners ask those kinds of customers to leave as others need things.

F&H Multifoods on 3061 Hurontario is the absolute best store for all your West Indian indo Caribbean needs.
Fred and brother Hanif absolutely amazing courteous friendly polite goes the extra mile for there customers.
There prices there goods and produce including meats are fresh with fair pricing.
In 20 years I have never had one bad experience with team F&H.
I would like to recommend this team for any one wanting yo buy the best in island foods.

Has everything I need for all my West Indian needs. Will not however buy seafood or greens here, there isn't a wide enough selection and it doesn't seem fresh enough for me. I could easily go next door to Charlie's, but i hate the crowd. I like it here because it's less busy, the owners know us well and are very patient and humble. I'd like to see their cash registered updated, sometimes it's hard to understand the reciepts. There is a lot of room for error with those outdated cash registers.

Very stale produce

I had an extremely bad experience shopping there. Note to myself: I rather go to stores such as Whole Foods Market and Pusateris where the service is excellent and clients are cordial. These are welcoming shopping markets where people who work there show discernment and an ability to help their clients. I will never forget the way that I was treated on Dec.31 afternoon when I asked someone to look at a product for me because I could not see it and verify it myself due to my fractured/swollen right hand. The lack of respect and consideration were flagrant from the patrons and the cashier. I will never go there to spend my money, and I will make sure no one I know goes there too. Disgraceful.

Rude and disrespectful patron. For a first timer trying to understand what is being sold, being asked to leave if you're not sure of what to buy is downright rude. All the more since I'm the only one in the store, with no one waiting outside. Also, currently the restrictions are lowered, so it seems just a matter of their habit.
I did go to the nearby shops and did buy things. But not here, ever again.

Visited this store today. I overheard the cashier say to a customer "I hope you get the COVID" as she exited the store. I asked why he said that and he responded that it was because the woman was in his store for hours and did not buy anything. I told him he was very rude to say something like that to a customer regardless if they did not make a purchase, and I would not be returning to his store again. His response was "Don't come back." Such behavior is offensive and intolerable for someone who works in customer service. I hope this feedback will help this establishment improve it's treatment towards customers.

I went to this store on Friday Sept 25th, all staff had there mask on their chin. When I spoke to one of the owners he became irate and insulting. I have a picture of him and another employee not wearing the mask.
