I LOVED everything I saw! I had to hold back on spending more than I did, because there were SO MANY great buys, beautiful clothes, and many other interesting things there! It's pretty far from where I live, so my sister took our Mom and myself, and SHE bought these great pants for my younger niece! I loved those, too!🥰 I can't WAIT until i can go there again!!

I gave five stars for the great, friendly service. I was busying a few items for my teenage granddaughter and the girl who helped me knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with sizes.

Found my staple pieces in my wardrobe here, from the men's and women's sale section. Always check the sales first ;) they have good deals 👌🏼 my style is comfort, street wear, and minimalist

Great lunch. Had the club with the best assorted fruit bowl I've ever had.

I can't remember exactly what fruits were included, but there was about 8-10 different fruits, but what I do remember thinking was how fresh it was. Sandwich was great too.

Urban Outfitters has a variety of good clothes in the store, and I was very satisfied with what I saw.

I received the best service I've probably ever received in a clothing store. My bf and I were shopping around and a Palestinian employee by the name of Navine I believe it was, was super helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Helped us shop, checkout and solve some issue on returns. She was the best of the best. Give that girl a promotion or a raise because she is on top of her job. She gives her 100 percent.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality and variety of clothing and accessories is fantastic. We ended up buying several things we weren't planning on as we found some lovely outfits.

Lovely store with up to date trends on the best clothing and brands available. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Awesome selection of cool home decor and trinkets. Some really cool gadgets and vinyl records on display. Perfect place for people who want a cool outfit or want to make their homes look urban and chic. Definitely check out the graphic t-shirt display for awesome shirts referencing a broad range of pop culture. They even have a photo booth and for just 5 dollars you can create some nice memories with your significant other or best friend.

The store is very aesthetically pleasing and items are well priced. Majority of the time the store has really good sales.

After a disasterous online experience for my daughter (wrong bikini top sent, no matching bottoms, they cancelled another top, but sent bottoms...) we ended up with several pieces of non matching bathing suits. Combined with slow delivery and incorrect (said it was delivered... But it wasn't) and online support being useless... I drove an hour to Square One to make a return in person - fully expecting a fight.

Sharleen who was working the counter was incredibly patient with me - a frustrated dad returning his daughter's stuff. She was amazing. She had to sort through receipts and orders and try to make sense of what the online department actually shipped. Attention store managers - you've got a great employee here (her side kick - don't know his name-was equally pleasant and helpful). My 5 stars goes entirely to the store staff and Sharleen in particular. If possible I would give the online component of the company a negative 1.

P. S. As a follow up Sharleen emailed me persoanlly to apologize for the confusion and is currently trying to reach customer service on my behalf. Amazing service.

Came in to do a return and was greeted by a young lady name Charlene. She could tell I was flustered and took time to help look for things for my teenager. I’ve never done these before but boy was that an elevated shopping experience. She was patient, knowledgeable and personable. My kid is so happy. Impressed! Thank you!

The store was nearly arranged and was seperated into the men's and women's section. Although they have good brands I do not suggest shopping here if you dont have the budget and if you're not willing to shell out almost $100 for just two shirts

I love this place for clothes. It has aesthetic things that you don't find in most stores like Simons or Sportchek. I love their selection of CK, TH and JC. I think that the store has a good vibe and their phone cases are really nice. They have a lot of fun things you would see in stores like Indigo or Chapters. Their selection of records are really good with the newest artists or your old faves. They have a photo booth and a lot of good things that are affordable. Phone cases here can be pricey but they are worth it, they also have portable chargers and celebration cards. Their UO home section is definitely nice and tidy. I like their random selection of items like books on stuff you wouldn't find! I absolutely love shopping here and would recommend to a friend. The workers here thankfully do not annoy you with ''Can I help you?'' but with a warm smile or answer your questions if you need help finding something. They are very chill and do not cause much problems. The cashiers are pretty quick as well. I rate this UO store a 5/5 because of it's excellent selection on clothes and the management/employees.
