The ONLY place in the lower mainland where u can get authentic Malaysian CNY goodies! Also one of the cleanest, brightest Asian grocery store in the area. Good service, clean place, great & authentic products from Malaysia. & lots of parking front & back of building.

Very wide varieties of Asian commodities not found on other groceries. It's a one stop shop to get all your items and prices are competitive and sometimes much cheaper than the competition. Staffs are friendly and courteous making you feel at home. Parking are abundant around the location and transport are very accessible to both private and public. Highly recommended place for your groceries and other household needs. Come check them out.

Always clean and organized. The staffs always smile and helpful. Not too big but they have what I wanted. Close by my place so pretty convenient when I need something. The vegetables are always fresh and looks nice. The prices are reasonable for me.

Delicious roasted meat here. I’m so happy I came across this small supermarket and there’s a pretty decent selection of southeast Asian products I couldn’t find anywhere else like T&T.

Nanyang is a true gem of Fleetwood and is stuffed with incredible products at competitive prices. Try the Hong Kong BBQ stall at the far end of the aisles, and don't leave without a box of matcha latte powder!!!

I like this grocery store, small but compact. It's like a smaller TNT's. Got lots of variety and they sell a good amount of Asian imported products ,produce and meats. Prices are also reasonable and somewhat cheaper than big box stores. Highly recommended 👍👍

Basically, it feels like home. Wish they would bring back the ready to drink milo tin .

Very new supermarket, layout is very spacious, modern and clean. Roughly 17-18 aisles in total with a separate section for produce. Overall great selection of products.

One of the best places to find some items/food that is commonly found in south east Asia. Currently the only place I know that has kueh kah pek.

First time going there today and it brought me back home to Malaysia! So many things there that is from Malaysia. I bought a lot of items. Their BBQ pork was also delicious. Very friendly BBQ server. Lots of Chinese new year goodies that I grew up with and so many treats there that I haven’t seen since my childhood growing up in Malaysia. Even the music made me feel right at home. Will definitely be returning. Clean and highly packed supermarket.

Great Asian grocery store. Has fresh produce and BBQ/roasted pork.

This place probably has the best Chinese BBQ in Surrey. It's not the usual red Char Siu that most places have, this place has a more flavorful style that I think uses Black vinegar. Pork Belly is fantastic, they gave me a vinegar and chili sauce with the Roasted Pork that was also delicious. Chinese sausage was also great. Soy chicken, dark and delicious skin and super juicy.

The prices of most things are a little cheaper than T&T and about the same as Henlong Market. They have some stuff that those stores don't have, some stuff is expired but most of it is just sauces with lots of salt so it doesn't really matter because you can keep lots of that stuff beyond expiry.

Going to give this place 5 stars just cause I liked the BBQ so much.

Lot's of south east asian seasoning

fantastic store, many products from Asia. Good selection of groceries. Veggies always fresh. Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. we have shopped there for 3 yrs and have never been disappointed. Parking in the back

A very clean asian super market. Carries some unique spices and sauces. Some brands and packages that you find only in asia can be found in these aisles now. They have frozen Durian, malay and taiwanese brands, frozen fish, oxtail and regular meat. I was able to take a peek behind the hot station and into the meat prep area, it looked very clean. And there is none of that typical aroma in the air that establishes itself as an Asian market - a pleasant surprise.

Me and a group of friends always buy lunch at this supermarket because of its closeness to holy cross and since were students that buy lunch the 10 dollar lunch deal is great. Also the staff there is super kind and friendly. I recommend getting the roast pork its delicious.

I love this place. It's a convenient and short trip from our place. There's lot of parking. The store is clean and does not (yet) have the quintessential Asian grocery smell. The inventory is vast with a lot of items that any one ftom South East Asia would be family with - and crave. Like the Kuching (Sarawak) Laksa. The prices are excellent compared to other similar stores. Staff is friendly. And best of all, they sell chendoh!

Very clean and well organized. Great selection of snacks, fresh veggies, and hard to find products such as laksa paste. Prices are very reasonable and I will continue to come back here for groceries!
