Great experience! I came in not knowing what exactly was wrong with my phone, and Ali correctly diagnosed it was a busted screen. He had it replaced and working in less than 24 hours! Very grateful and would come back for help with my electronics again!

I was extremely impressed with the expertise and service I received from Ali at Tech-Sync. He completely configured a very old computer of mine that now runs like a brand new one. In addition, he was able to fix my laptop after I had been told by 3 tech companies that it was not possible. My husband's cellphone stopped working and he was told by the provider that it needed to be scrapped. Ali fixed it and it now works better than ever. Ali is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and he does his utmost to ensure that he satisfies the specific needs of his customers. The turnaround was prompt and he exceeded my expectations. I recommend him most highly. It was a very positive experience for both me and my husband.

On a recent visit Ali was remarkable..! He repaired my son's old iPhone and now it looks and operates as new! The service I have always have always received second to none.

My wife and I were referred to Ali ( the owner of tech sync ) about a year ago when I stepped on my phone which rendered it useless. He quickly repaired it for a very reasonable price while I waited. It still works perfectly and saved me the cost of a new one. He also rebuilt our aging computer tower which now runs like a Ferrari. I highly recommend this brilliant young technician who you can trust without reservation for any of your tech requirements.

Had a spill on my laptop that rendered most of the keys nonfunctional. By the time the new parts arrived, it only took 3 days for my keyboard to be replaced. The whole time I felt in very good hands. I had gone into other stores asking about estimated repair times and costs and none were assuring as tech-sycn. I never felt like I was being jipped or scammed with the owner. Other stores we walked into said we needed the original laptop box and would have to leave it for a month and could not guarantee repair costs. Tech-sync took me as a walk in and was very open throughout the entire repair process about when parts were estimated to arrive and when my laptop would be ready for pick up. Overall felt certain the whole time that I was getting the best service and the best price. If anyone is hesitant or looking at other repair places I can 100% recommend this store to anyone as the best service in the area.
