Tom & Michelle's NOFRILLS Mississauga

Accidentally found this place since we took the wrong turn for the Petro Canada which is next to this. I actually like this place. Very organized and many options available and when it comes to spices, you can find the larger packs here which I don't find at the NoFrills close to my home. Location is very convenient as you can buy all you need within close distance to this.

I could feel the owners manage the store with love and care. there are plenty of staff stocking/organizing products neat and tidy, and they are also kind and willing to help. so it’s natural that this store’s fruit and veggies are fresh, and the store’s atmosphere is lively. no need to mention the great product variation/selection, and even I like fish and meat part🫶 honestly this store is much better than the other Loblaws.

My most favorite grocery store. Always find what I need. Love that they have a butcher. Nice to find the owners stocking shelves with other employees. They also employee youth with disabilities, helped me understand them better. It's a popular place so they need to get better with stocking up and upgrading their carts..

the owners of this store have figured out what we want and how to give us what we want!!!! The produce is excellent!!! It's the freshest I've seen in the area in a long while. The selection of meats fits every need and budget. The selection on the pantry shelves is awesome. What a variety!! I can get what I want when I want in my neighbourhood!!!! Customer service is top notch!! Actually met one of the owners helping carry boxes!!!!! Good job Tom and Michelle!!!

Store's layout is very ez to navigate when looking for ur grocery items.

In store personnel are also very friendly & always are willing to assist if one is unable to find a specific item if not readily accessible.

Compared to other NF locations I've visited, there is always an adequate supply of staples & other food items & variety of foods which caters to the demographics of the ethnic patrons who shops at this location.

The fact that there's a meat & seafood section in store is also one of the other reasons why I've been a regular customer.

Big store. Almost always have everything in stock. Fruits, vegetables and dairy all products look fresh. The display itself is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Some prices were missing pricing labels but the cashier was very helpful in explaining the price and if you don't want it they keep it and re-stock it later.

Well spacious outlet with lots of varieties for general grocery. Attendents' were well mannered, helping and knowledgeable.Check out lanes were quiet busy due to weekend rush

Great store, had good stock and deals. Good staff too. Clean and well maintained. Has a fresh seafood counter too

They store stuff perfectly suited to the neighborhood needs. We'll stocked and always fresh at very good prices.

Their stuff is always fresh, most of the time things scan in the right price, and things tend to be instock

I am a regular No Frills Shopper at the Erin Mills and Batleford location. Due to an illness I had to use the online shopping option and I use the No Frill on Creditview (Tom & Michelle). What a disappointing experience, they sent me rotten produce and really small items. I send my sister back to the store to exchange it and the cashier at customer service (Sahiba) said that it was because they didn't have any more of those items. When my sister ask her, would you buy this for your self? She said no. So why would you send this to a faithful customer. Neither the staff or the customer service seem to care. When she ask to speak to a manager she was told there was no one available. I am still in shock as such a poor service. Needless to say I will never use the online service again. REVIEW UPDATE - I was really impressed with the fact that Michelle called to apologize and discuss the situation. After having a conversation with her I will try the service again. I feel she was open to listening to the feedback and rectified the situation. Thank you Michelle you truly demonstrated your store values.

No Frills is the best for affordable and fresh grocery. What I like best about this branch of NF is that you get fresh meat that can be weighed at the counter. I have stopped going to other stores after shopping here.

This was my first time to this NOFRILLS found lot of vegetables/fruits with good quality.

One of the best grocery store. Plenty of options for fresh vegetables and meat as well. They do price matching.

I have been coming here more frequently in the last few months. I have to say the staff are SO helpful in comparison to other grocery stores. When I ask, they actually look at me and try their best to help, by going in the back and or walking me to what I need. This type of service seems to be a lost skill these days.

The shelves are also stocked well.

It's a No Frills with frills. It's big and clean and well stocked. It has it's own meat and seafood counter which is really nice to see. Not the easiest to get in and out of the plaza though.
