Today I had a great experience at this store. Shawn was wonderful and helped me with the service I needed to get a new phone plan. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

At the time I went, my experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they had a variety of affordable phone plans to choose from. I would recommend going to freedom Mobile if you want an affordable phone plan.

Shawn was awesome. He explained everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable on the products offered at the store would recommend going to him if you ever go to this store

Jonathan was great, stayed well over 1.25 hours after closing to resolve my issues. Took care of me very patiently and was smiling till the last minute.

Typically have a good experience here with many of the staff members over the years. The staff ice interacted with have always been helpful, kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about devices, plans, etc. Whoever trains them is doing well at their job. I've had many issues with phones just breaking down on their own (the motherboard in my one phone had to be replaced once and they got it fixed and working), having software issues and more and they've always helped then having my phone either replaced or properly fixed. The workers here help with anything. Good location, tends to be busy though as people know it is a great one to go to.

I went in near the closing time and Andro was very welcoming, patient and listened to understand my needs for a new phone, cheaper plan and great features. He was very charismatic and made the process of finding a good phone worthwhile! You’ll have a good laugh with him but he’s also professional and knows what he’s talking about. I had a really great experience; I got the best phone, a great plan within budget and great service. Overall I’m glad I switched over to Freedom! :)

Despite all the negative reviews I actually had an awesome experience at this location. Been with Wind since 2011 and havent had any major issues that weren't resolved through this warranty centre. Brought in a hardware upgraded S7 and the Manager (Lauren) took care of us while multitasking another customer. She promptly resolved all the back end issues and was able to simplify our refund into an exchange process.
Lauren took her time to ensure that the new s7 was fully mirrored before factory resetting the return device. She also gave sound advice and made sure we removed all backups on the device before sending it back.
Take it as you may we got a good apple and if you want to be taken care of properly go look for Lauren!

Great phone plane for the year, talk and text only $129.00 per year

I've never dropped a call and I live right on the lake, where there are not a lot of towers. The customer service is excellent, and I have always been given a little bonus just for calling. It's the best service available. Maybe if you have a cheep phone the service is not great. I use a Blackberry.

Yesterday we opened a new account with Freedom at this location. The customer service was outstanding. Lauren was super-informative and went out of her way to make an excellent experience for us; as well did John who also assisted us. As long as Lauren and John are working there, this is our location for life.

I renewed my Freedom phone account. This location is very safe with Masks and social distancing. My sales rep was John. He was so patient and helpful. I definitely recommend John and this location 👌

I’ve been here a few times. I once came in with my phone, and Warren showed me a simple fix instead of trying to convince me to buy a new phone for which I was grateful. I have bought several phones and have always had good service.

I met customer service staff John today.
He is the most efficient customer service personnel with high technique of transfering from old phone to new phone and broad service knowledge. I am very happy customner on John's service of freedom mobile
