Real Canadian Superstore Lougheed Highway

My preferred Coquitlam one stop groceries and shopping store. Plenty of parking, outside and undercover. Great layout, fresh produce, self serve check-outs as well as fast cashiers and clean store. Almost everything you might need, clothing, stationary, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchenwares, deli, bakery, lotto counter, pharmacy and seasonal stuff.

We found a wedding card to buy. Lots of parking. Two self checkout stations out of order but line went fast.

I was in your store at 8:30 this morning. I asked a clerk in dairy (I believe his name tag was Amir) if you carried a particular product. Together we were unable to locate. However I continued shopping and was mid store when the clerk went out of his way to find me and inform me he found the product I was seeking. Great Customer Service! Thank you Jack W.

Typical good superstore. Ailes are clean and well organized.
Lots of products with good pricing. I would welcome more variety than what they have.
They had some prizes if you buy over certain amounts but can't see that anymore.
Free parking, pharmacy, medical clinic and around area is a open mall with tons of things. Also gas station is available!

Hands down the best superstore location in all of lower mainland with the best customer service! After the horrendous customer experience I’ve had at the Metrotown location, I decided to visit this location instead after seeing the great reviews and they were indeed true. The customer service lady who helped me at this store was very kind and empathetic throughout the whole exchange and was able to resolve my problems with no questions asked(God bless her). This is the true kind of customer service that is representative of us Canadians and simply reflects the difference between various store managers and in their quality of work. When you have a great manager leading the store, it’s no wonder that the store employees also rises above and beyond the expectations. Even though I don’t live too close to this location, I will definitely visit again when I’m in the area and I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Always a go-to grocery place because of the ridiculously wide range of everything! Even Joe Fresh, flowers, and cosmetics, all are above and beyond satisfactory. Thank you for being the real Canadian superstore.

Some of the freshest fruit and veg around. Generally I can always find what I need (except maybe sour cream occasionally). Never had an issue here.

Great location with lots of variety and almost always filled in shelves. Never have to wait for more than two customers when checking out.

Nice big location and lots of variety of products at this grocery store! Parking can be a bit challenging at times, depending on the time of day. Wheelchair accessible parking and washrooms. I really like that they have a very large ramp for people with discount, wheelchairs or shopping carts! Lots of options for all your shopping needs, such as outdoor patio and BBQ stuff, clothing for the whole family, toys, pharmacy, workout items, home decor, and of course the obvious foods.
Also the self check out option as well!!

Really nice superstore, especially compared to other ones, prices are a little more compared to surrey and Richmond but that's a standard for the area, thankfully not by much

Well stocked, organized, clean superstore. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Parkng you have an option to park underground with a ramp that leads to store so no matter what the weather you will always stay dry. Or you can park outside. ALWAYS Lots of parking. Prices are better than Save On Foods, or Safeway.

I love this place so much. The prices are much cheaper than some other locations, and the employees are kind, and the store is clean. Paying is very fun because you can control the conveyer belt. Milk, cheese, and eggs are pretty cheap here.

Specific produce can sometimes be out on certain days, otherwise super reliable to get all the grocery items on my list. Also compared to other locations, this one seems to have better customer service and more employees available to help customers check out. The line ups in other locations are sometimes ridiculous, which I've never experienced here.

Good prices. They have 10 dollar freezer bins. Affordable orange juice, frozen vegetables and pizza. Go early morning or late evening to avoid crowds.

Amazing! I shop here every 2 weeks. I arrive at 7am when the doors open. No crowds, no waiting, everything is all stocked up full and fresh! I'm in/out in .40 min. Get up super early, and beat the crowds!

Use this location for shopping all the time. Always shop online and use the curbside pickup. They always let you know if something's not available and offer alternatives. Parking is underground so nice and dry on rainy days. Never have an issue finding a "curbside pick-up" parking spot.
