The two owners especially the Lady is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Their prices are ridiculous and also when sending money it takes them 45 mins to process and also they hold the money for a couple of days also.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The lady/owner is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and seriously lacking in customer service skills. How can a business owner so ill mannered?
I was a new customer that walked in there and right away given the attitude when I said that I don’t have an account there. I was forced to open an account as it is the only way I could send money to my sick mother. She asked for my ID, made me fill out a form, a form in a clipboard that was slightly slammed on the counter with the pen. I handed the form back to her , said “ i think so” when she asked me if I filled all that’s been check marked.
I was shocked when she took the clipboard back and slammed it on the counter. I asked if she’s mad and she just ignored me. And because of that, I asked for my ID back and told her that I am not sending money anymore. I have to asked twice for my ID, three times for the form I filled out as she refused to give it back to me after reiterating to her that the form is mine as I have entered all my personal information on that paper.
Word of mouth is very powerful. I would definitely not going to hold back. She lost my business and she will be losing my families, relatives and friends.

The store-owners or employees (whichever applies) are utterly rude.
Aside from insisting in knowing your name first, they won't tell you the current exchange rate (just to know how your cad money would end up vs the peso) unless your name is in their current list of customers.

Ang bastos no customer service the two owner have no respect no customer service and prices are ridiculous . It would b ok if they had customer service but they’re terrible
