I went here this evening to get some crochet supplies. Wendi was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and kind. Seemed to take a genuine interest in my project. I don’t often write reviews, but she is a true asset to the store!

Absolutely impressed with this store! We shop at various Michaels all the time and we decided to come back to this store for items we couldn’t find at another location. We are glad we did! Lots of stock in all areas and the layout is perfect for the way we shop. Staff is really friendly and the shelves are tidy. Great location!

i bought yarn here and i asked the employee for help and they went above and beyond helping me with different types of material, yarn weight, yarn length, hooks, and dye lots. even though i do not live close to this micheals i am always going to drive a bit extra to come here :)

Very clean and well organized store. Staff was friendly. Found all the items needed and then continued to browse the store. There is an extensive selection of items for every type of crafting hobby you can imagine.

Whats not to love about micheals?? Well the price of some things, but besides that, my favorite store in edmonton!

I felt that I had to do this review because of the constant great service received at the picture frames section. All the staff there are phenomenal, especially Deanna and Kelly. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and go out of their way to help and get what you need.
Michaels should be proud of these girls. They are the kind of staff that any business should have to keep their customers happy.

The staff here are amazing!!! I asked an associate, Quinn for an idea how to do ribbon for bridesmaids boxes and I'm so happy I went with the recommendation!! They look amazing! The store was also very clean and it was easy to find everything despite never visiting before! After going to this store, I don't think I would visit another Michaels in the city!
