I bought a storage bed and a mattress recently at the St hubert store and the sales person Nikolas K was very helpful in assisting us. He gave us all the information we needed and was very patient while explaining. Me and my husband are very happy with the purchase.

It was amazing shopping at Brick. This guy Omar is amazing. He was able to help us to make the right choice. I don’t know how he was able to even understand our home local Burundian language. I hope Brick will not loose this guy.

Only reason I am giving a 5 stars is thanks to Alex's excellent customer service. He's the only one there who isn't rude and impatient with customers. Definitely recommend buying with him.

We were lucky enough to be greeted by Louis in the appliances department. A professional salesman with an endearing human side to him. No awkward sales moments and I would even go as far as saying extraordinary tact. We rarely ever get this level of service with any other company, let alone dealing with sales people. He managed to provide us with everything we need ( and we're extremely picky people) in a very efficient time-frame and at a very fair price. No back and fourths trying to make a deal, he was fair from the get go. This Brick is extremely lucky to have some like this and I hope that many people could learn from him as well. Truly stellar Louis...stellar.
