Many items have lower price compared to other grocery stores in the same area.
We definitely shop here more often.

This is our daily go to grocery store.The store is clean and easy access to find stuffs.

We want to specifically mention the two personnels, Ms. Jenny at the customer service desk and 阿勇生 in the BBQ section. We have always have positive and satisfying experiences with them. Bravo to theur exceptional customer service 👏 . Keep it up!!! 👍👍👍

We love it! Store is clean and organized. Staff are helpful and the food counter is great, fresh with generous portions.

Best place for the grocery.. we can find almost everything we needed from here. When we see the store from out side we think that its just a grocery store… but when we enter the store.. ohh boy its totally a different world.. everything is organized well.. and there is a big collection of meat section and sea food section and you can find a large area for the bakery.. you can also find bubble tea😀😀😀… most importantly its very cheap.. highly recommended..

where do i even begin? they have an impeccable selection of produce, meat, fish, teas, noodles/rices, drinks and frozen delights. my food horizons are always expanded when i go here. it’s truly one of the best grocery stores i’ve ever gone to.

I am so thrilled that Ample opened in the neighbourhood! I went today with my parents for grand opening and wow...I am shocked! There were so many items, fresh produce, friendly staff and LOTS of stock! A perk, lots of sales too (rice is $15 limit of 2) get it before it’s gone 🤣 The place is also super spacious! Crazy to think that this used to be a Superstore.

I went there twice yesterday with my mom & girlfriend and they both loved it! It has so many new products that I have never saw before. It is exremely clean here and the items are constantly being faced on the shelves which makes the isle signifcantly neater. I find the prices a bit expensive on some items but that won't really stop me from coming here. It was bold of you guys to open with nations down the corner, i like it. Overall, I had a great experience and will be coming back.

They sell cook food👍 you can buy much everything here. Huge FREE parking in the plaza too

Ginza sushi inside really really good and fresh.

Prices are reasonable .

Takeout was very good.

Wasabi is more horse radish than wasabi but aside from that quality is really really good!!

Ample has some good stuff on sale today as of Aug 31/23 (the last day), and below is what I bought:
1. 8 pcs of butter croissant for $3.99 (They taste soo good)
2. 1kg (net) of wild caught frozen squid for $6.99
3. 454g of New Zealand frozen greenshell mussle for $6.99.

Good selection and good prices here. The hot foods are pretty good too. You can expect many specials for produce and meats.

Great store, one of the only stores I go too in the area. Overall great shopping experience.

A slightly scaled down version to the more popular T&T chain of asian supermarkets.

The layout and selection is very similar to T&T. But whereas parking is more complicated at the Chinatown T&T Supermarket location, there is lots of free parking available at Ample Food Market on Rogers Road.

This is my 2nd time coming!!! Chicken is breaded at the perfect texture.

My experiences coming to this supermarket vary. Sometimes, are great. Others are just okay. What remains constant, however, is the cleanliness inside and out, shelves always stocked, daily deals and savings, and access to a variety of products.
