FreshCo Queen & Gladstone

Fantastic supermarket. The Sortiment is good. They have a good selection of gluten-free products and international foods. The prices are fair. Thumbs up

Just like other Freshco. Great deals and food items are cheaper compared to other grocery giants. Wide variety, they have pretty much everything you need. Also, this Freshco is pretty big.

This location has recently reorganized the inside of the store. I must say that I like it. Also, I love the fact that they have increased the variety of meat available. As a person on the carnivore diet, this is very important to me! Service is friendly and the store overall seems to be well organized.

I can buy everything I need here in terms of groceries. There's lots of free parking, too. Make sure you get your Scene card in the Fresco app, or you're leaving money on the table!

My new grocery store!
After shopping at No Frills, Longos and others along King St. W. , I went in to Fresh Co Queen &Gladstone's location and got EXACTLY what ineeded for exactly the price I wanted to pay. Got the receipt to prove it too!

I find that they have products with better prices. I love how spacious the place is. I also love it because of the international food selection they have. The cashiers are friendly. I just wish they had self checkout service + more cashiers available because sometimes there’s a line and you have to wait.

Good location. Short line upon entry. Staff is nice. All covid safe with masks. Security keeps track of people entering to keep count so it's safe.

The price is great. And they takes Amex. The line is a big long but it goes fast. Not a bad place to go to get groceries.

A self checkout counter, would be a welcome addition. If you want to pop in and out quickly for an item or two, you're at the mercy of the queues.

Clean store, competitive prices and very nice staff. As a response to Iris below, as a customer of this store and eight years in customer service, I'd like to ask how you would feel being in their shoes.

You have no idea the circumstances of the cashier you're complaining about. You don't know what is going on in their life. Maybe it's far more difficult than you know having to put on a smile and small talk with potentially 500+ individual people every day. You don't know what it's like having to work through customer service (during covid no less) while people in your life pass away, breakups happen, tragedy strikes and yet you have to smile every time an Iris comes to your till.

Maybe next time before writing a review like that find a pen pal, adopt a dog or do some self-reflection, because if your cashier not making you feel special makes you that upset, it's time to check your priorities.

Reliable grocery store with lots of ethnic food varieties. Parking is a plus.

during covid i couldnt wear a mask longer than six minutes before i passed out.i went for groceries at 9pm the staff and security were so kind to me and over the time i got to know them well. they are service oriented but always more than kind letting me know of sales comming up soon etc.
itsnot the closest store to me but i doubt ill go anywhere else just because they stuck by me when i needed then badly.!

This is one of the cheapest grocery stores in Toronto when it comes to the usual stuff. They have good sales every week and the fruits and veggies are usually pretty good and go on sale a lot. I still find that the local markets on the west end have cheaper/better fruits when in season though. Overall, a good store. Also has parking!

This store might be small but always provide the best service ever. I been buying here since the pandemic and lockdowns started and they always followed the rules plus always provided hand sanitizer at the entrance. The security guy managing the line up is super polite and makes your waiting time as short as possible.
