Village Cheese

Love this spot. One of my favorite things to devour are the sausage rolls. They are flakey, and the meat is perfectly seasoned. Coffee is decent, pie is yummy, muffins are HUGE, and they serve milkshakes. I love the soups and they come with a small container of curds to mix in.

Pictured below is their farmers best grilled cheese. Absolutely mouth watering.

Service is always amazing.

Happy to have stopped in for the first time today. The beef borscht (soup) was the best I've ever had!! And as a German Mennonite that says a lot. The little cheese curds and of course, sour cream, topped it off. It was so good that I had a second bowl!

Amazing atmosphere and fantastic local cheese. Always stop in for some specialty cheeses when I'm in that area. I like the fact you can watching the process as well, very educational.

I stop in Armstrong at Village Cheese every time I drive to BC from Alberta. The cheese is a but expensive BUT always AMAZING!! I have never been disappointed. The people that work in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable. See you on my next trip to BC

Great food - sandwiches, soups, and special drinks- coffees, teas, milkshakes etc. Many cheeses for tasting and purchasing. A lovely mother's day afternoon meal for hubby and me!

We didn’t have time to gawk at the factory but the cafe had some great sandwiches and they sell small amounts of their special cheese so don’t worry about having to drop $20 on something new. I got a reasonable bit of amber ale semi soft cheese for $6.

Very unique stop. Got to try some samples and was able to decide on what to buy by trying it. Really tasty options, hard to decide but you really can't go wrong. Very friendly and helpful staff too!

A fun little place to visit, the Cheese factory boasts an impressive range of cheese to try from smoked gouda to aged cheddar. They also Have various resturant services to try- the beet borscht is to die for!

Tiba of flavoured cheese options, various sizes from as cheap as $2. Asl o has a nice little cafe with soup/sandwiches etc. easy stop if you're just passing through Armstrong

So much fun every time I go there! Love digging through the imperfect bin. Such a great way to try different types of cheese!

We never miss stopping here and loading up on the very amazing huge array of cheeses, priced very fairly too. Some of our many favourites are the Dark lager cheddar, Canadian maple, Gewürztraminer, Parmesan, Garlic, Dill, Habenero 911, 10 year aged cheddar, and smoked Mozzarella.
Friendly staff and a large selection of Canadiana gifts, condiments etc. A must stop in this beautiful town!!!

I love this place. The squeakers are so amazing when you get them the day they are made fresh...they really do squeak when you bite them. There is a sitting area where you can enjoy coffee and a sandwich, a gift shop and all kinds of locally made products. You can call ahead if you want to watch them making the cheese behind glass. A great experience.
