Claire did an amazing job grooming my Bernese/Golden Retriever cross, Carl! It was our first time at this location and she was very thorough and ran everything past me before grooming him to make sure we were on the same page. He had a full groom with bath, haircut, nails etc. and she had him done in just 1.5hrs, whereas many other groomers that I've gone to take nearly double the amount of time. We'll definitely be back and 10/10 recommend Claire!

Dario who works at the store was super nice and helpful! We were in a rush looking for a crate and he helped us find the perfect one. He also helped us assemble it. I truly appreciate it.

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. The groomers and all staff are amazing. Now we got a new puppy and will most definitely be taking her there

I called to get help getting a delivery to my senior mom who lives nearby. The store was SUPER helpful. One of their employees made sure my mom got her kitty litter delivery personally. She made a real difference for my mom and I that day, during a challenging time. Thank you.

Love it in here! Petvalu is always great, this is my home location and has never failed me. Walk in nail cuts are great and they will order anything I need that isn't in stock and it comes in less than a week. Very kind, knowledgeable staff who seem like they actually care about what pets are eating. They also have some pocket pet, reptile, fish and bird things here which is helpful

I took my dog for the first time to the groomer at this location. She did an excellent on my cocker spaniel, I was very pleased with the results. The groomer was very patient & gentle. I will definitely go back there again in a couple of months to the same groomer.

We had an amazing experience with Oriana :) She had great knowledge of all the different dog and puppy food, as our puppy has a sweet potato allergy.

I won’t use anyone but Joanne. She’s looked after 2 of my dogs for years and her service is excellent. My only complaint about the store is they never answer the phone.

However it is pricey... actually very pricey!

Ordered a product for in store pickup, was greeted and helped by Dayro. Upon picking up the item, Daryo helped me choose additional items that I would require. Great customer service, great patience. Will be attending this store from now on for any additional items in the near future.

Such friendly and informative staff. Luna always plays with the owners dog when we go.

Sandra helped me with my aging pet in dire need of a haircut due to skin and neck infection. She took great care in helping us get him cut and cleaned up last minute. Thanks so much!

I called in looking for a soft dog carrier for someone who is in need of one for their flight today. I had the pleasure of speaking to Desiree. She was able to help me over the phone with what I needed and was quite thorough with the questions I had asked.

Desiree was very patient and very understanding to my scenario and was able to direct me accordingly. I have been to and called many pet stores, but none were as helpful as Desiree & her team.

My pet store for the past 8 years at least. They are very nice, knowledgeable, and really care. I had the owner searching high and low with me for a cat food that didn't have poultry. I was impressed :D Plus the bonus bag of food club card thing is fantastic :D When you least expect it you get a free bag of food! They also have healthy treats, and always have different samples for the pests to try <3 Thanks!

Feels like a neighbors house that has a gentle giant that greets you(not sure of the breed but My Shar Pei likes him !)

This is the pet store I go to the most. Great selection and friendly staff. My pugs love to shop here! :)

Only thing I would suggest is to please stop selling some of the rabbit treats that are deadly for rabbits (the yogurt ones and the ones full of seeds). They are dangerous!

Good selection of pet food. My golden retriever loves "Blue" brand food. Lots of treats and toys. Good neighborhood pet store. Always friendly staff. Owner sometimes brings in his gorgeous labrador named Bear 🐻
