I live in the area and haven’t come to this store in a while as in the past it didn’t really have the things I liked in terms of craft beer, however, in the past few months I’ve noticed that the selection and organization has changed dramatically. It is absolutely amazing the changes that were made!
I came to the store the other day close to closing and was beyond amazed at the selection and set up of the beer. Everything is organized by region and type of beer.
I was lucky enough to meet the lady in charge of the beer (I believe her name is Serena) she was so kind and helpful. She also offered to bring in some of the things I liked as it’s my community store and she showed a genuine willingness to offer things I liked (as long as I agreed to purchase of course).
This store has made an amazing turn around and I highly recommend visiting as they have an incredible selection of craft & international beer as well as wine and the staff are very nice and helpful as well.

If you don't see your favour drink on the shelf, ask, they might have it stashed away

Good size store and plenty of parking. All the beer is always cold as it's in a walk in fridge.

Not the largest of the LCBO locations but definitely not the smallest. For the size, they offer a great variety of beers from around the world and I always seem to find something new in the walk in beer fridge. The staff are super friendly here and lines are fairly quick except in peak hours. Friday evenings are pretty crazy but most of the time they have all the cashier lines operating.

Always a positive experience and great customer service. I'm frequently served by the woman with red hair and always impressed with her service, knowledge and professionalism. She has helped me on many occasions to select the best wine for my needs. Highly recommended.

I’m only giving this place a 5 star because the girl with the red hair is THE BEST sales person I have ever met. She’s knowledgeable, polite and quick. She knew what I was asking and looking for and I could see her working extremely hard in the back while I was shopping. She was also really funny and made my shopping experience amazing. 11/10 would recommend the red head for help.

The manager was the best! I don't know if she was the manager but I could see her telling others to take their lunch at a sorted time. The day was in the evening of 21st of May 2021 she helped me with my selection and game more information on what I was looking for, with all good vibes, Smiling and happy vives so I was the same to her, I wish most people were like this.

Great selection of wines and beers too. There were social distancing stickers on the floor and the staff was very helpful. The checkout was quick and easy. Great experience always.

Visited during covid lockdown and store line up was the smallest I've experienced , great customer service and the staff are very helpful. I witnessed a gentleman security guard help a elderly man to his car with his purchase you don't see that enough anymore. Kudos guys ❤❤

It's all about Craft Beer and they have you covered, plus they are nice and cold.

I stopped in here on a trip to Toronto. The selection of scotch was just okay. Not a lot of different varieties.
They had funny locks on some of the bottles. Apparently this is to stop theft. I did notice that there were 2 boxes of 12 year old Johnnie Walker Black which were empty so I think they may need to put locks on all the bottles. Ceazy how people think they need to shoplift. It adds cost to us all.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Was having a rough day and needed some drinks. Got some great service and awesome recommendations from the employees. I was being cashed out by Pauline and she really turned my day around.

Very friendly staff, the beer firdge isn't cold enough though.
