Dollarama

They told me that I could not enter because I was an anteater this type of discrimination will not be tolerated, but once I told I had money they let me in, they had plenty of ants to munch on and sold ant chocolate. Very yummy 5 stars. Not an anteater out

This is a very large, clean and well stocked store. Items are attractively displayed and selection is vast. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Lots of great products in the store. It is a must to visit, and hard to resist buying so many useful items.

ITS SO FUN TO GO THEIR I GO THEIR EVERY WEEK WALKING AND THERES EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF BUT MAYBE ADDING A BATHROOM WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA..

I visited the store recently and is probably my favourite Dollarama location so far. It was a great customer experience overall - store was clean and tidy. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable regarding product and the store was well stocked.

So much selection and more product than most Dollaramas.

Literally the cleanest, most organized dollarama I’ve ever been to. The staff can be hit or miss. It’s usually not busy no matter what time of day you go and line goes pretty fast. Always have stuff in stock that is perfectly organized

Some staff were incredibly rude and inpatient - constantly nagging me and other people to stop blocking the aisles, regardless if there is a clear path through people or not.

There is an older man who I believe may be the manager who threatens to take photos of us (I am a minor so it feels a bit weird as a threat) and insults me and my friends while asking us to leave.

Honestly disappointing as some other staff members are very nice and helpful whereas others are rude and disrespectful.

Horrible customer experience. While they do have a good selection of products, I was kicked out of the store for no reason at all. My friend and I were not making any disruptions but instead were browsing the candy aisle. After about 5 minutes, the manager came out and told us leave. I’ve also heard from others about being kicked out of the store even though they were not being disruptive or loud. A word of advice for the manager, why would you set up business in a plaza where you know teenagers will go if you refuse to take business from them.

I would give 0/5 stars if I could, bad management bad customer service

We went to the shop there but there are no price tag for some items. Then we went to cashier asking “ how much is it”?

The cashier scanned the item showing price on screen. I am not satisfied with the price and asked the cashier to cancel the unpaid items. But the cashier even told us that she cannot cancel them and insisted us to pay.

We knew no return/ exchange in Dollarama but that is for paid items. We have not paid yet!

Horrible!

How come is it like this in your store? For unpaid items, how come your store cannot cancel them? In addition, we asked you “ how much is it?” There are no price tag. We did not say that we want to pay now.

Why in other Dollarama, they can help cancel unpaid/ unwanted items.

Because the others are waiting behind. We don’t want to keep the others waiting. I paid still. After coming back, I verified to find that this store charged the same item higher than the other store???

Shame of you and your store!
Ridiculous!

This behavior deserves complaint to next level organization!!!
