Spartan Fitness Equipment

I purchased an elliptical and a stationary bike from the Oakville location of Spartan Fitness. The customer service and subsequent support is excellent. A special thank you to the Manager, Raymond and Service Technician, Remy. I would high recommend for all your fitness equipment.

Our experience with this company was excellent. I purchased an elliptical Life Fitness cross-trainer from Oakville store. Travis was exceptional! He took his time to explain all our options, choices and even presented a bonus gift. His prices were good, installation perfect. He made sure that I was happy customer.

5 Stars doesn't do Travis nor Spartan Fitness justice, by far the best customer service I've experienced at ANY retail outlet! These are turbulent times, yet Travis managed to process my order over the phone and have my bike assembled/delivered to my house in under 2 hours. Truly amazing under any circumstances, let alone during a health crisis. Thank you so much Travis, I would recommend Spartan Fitness highly without hesitation!

My partner and I have a home gym, and we (so far) tend to buy high end cardio equipment. We came to Spartan Fitness after being disappointed with the long-term service we received with a competitor, and we wanted to add a treadmill to our existing setup.

My partner and I both run marketing companies so we tend to have jaded views of salesmanship, but like most people our ideal is "the best possible machine we can afford at the best possible price and with a good buying experience - i.e., honest service and no bullshit".

After finding these guys in a Google search we dropped into the Oakville location which is tucked in the rear of a large building off of the South Service Road. Lots of parking, quiet spot, clean and organized store that is set up like a gym. The danger of this, of course, is that you see all sorts of fitness things you didn't know you wanted. There are now thee other items we want to buy! :)

Travis (the Store Manager) talked to us about what we needed, what we didn't want, and helped us to find a treadmill we are happy with at a fair price. Travis has extensive fitness training credentials, really knows what he is talking about, made the purchase easy and was so genuine with us. Refreshing! He was also patient with us when we had to reschedule our delivery at the last minute, and he came to our house personally to help us with a flooring strategy (our thick pad carpeting was interfering with our heavier machines and we couldn't figure it out before he came). How nice is that?!

Loved the honest service, loved that Spartan Fitness is a Canadian chain, loved working with Travis in particular, and we have recommended this store to our family and friends.

I have now dealt with Spartan on several occasions. Each time I've been exceptionally impressed that they really try to only sell what's best for me. It's refreshing to have such a customer first approach and it's why I'll always go back!

Great spot with all kinds of equipment that you can't find everywhere. Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful and even went above and beyond when I believed an item was missing with my new rowing machine. Will definitely be going again now that my rowing machine has sparked an exercise kick.

I visited here for some gym accessories, they have a great selection with very helpful and friendly staff. I've visited a few times over the years and have never been disappointed.
