On January 3, 2024 after shopping at Save on foods. I drove home to Sorrento before realizing I did not have my purse and wallet. A wonderful lady found my purse in the parking lot and brought it into Save on right before closing. The purse was given to Anne and she immediately brought it to Colleen at the service desk to make sure my purse was kept safe overnight. I was contacted the next morning regarding my purse and was able to pick it up that day. I am so thankful for the exceptional customer service and effort on each of their parts.

To the manager re: your employee Brett -
About a month ago I bought some produce and it really wasn’t up to par. I called and asked for the produce manager and was put through to Brett. I told him that I thought you might not want this produce on your shelves because it was very woody. He apologized and thanked me for calling, said he’d check it out and told me to come in with the receipt and he would both replace the product and reimburse me for my trouble. (I didn’t because it wasn’t a big $ amount and not the intention of my call) But he was so very cordial and I thought it very nice to make such a generous offer.
Fast forward to this week. I went through the till and put my change in my purse and was just at the door when Brett caught up to me and said, “You dropped this.” He held up a dime.
He happened to be at the front and had seen it fall (I hadn’t) and followed me to give it back! I am still in awe that someone would do that. What a great guy!

Everyone who works at Save On Foods are very polite & helpful when you have questions or looking for something you can't find. The produce & desserts look Fantastic, Awesome $1.49 one day Sales. Over All a Great place to shop & Find Great Deals .

Fresh produce and bakery - pharmacy outlet. Great shaded area to park just off to one side of mall parking lot. Come here all the time when we're vacationing out at the Lake, to stick up on supplies

Staff here are always friend and fun to chat with. Lots of tenured employees so you can rely on getting assistance or help with people that want to get to know you

Save-On is so reliable and this location is no different. Clean, organized, good service. We are travelling and picked up several items from the deli. Self check out was busy yet quick. Food items were great too.

I did my 1st curbside shop a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the service!!! I had to call with several questions regarding how it all worked and they were extremely helpful and friendly. We even got a nice note and a treat thanking us for joining
Second time was even better!!! I requested no substitutions, but they were out of the chicken I ordered and my shopper (Sheryl) called because she thought this might have been our dinner that evening. Which it was! I was delighted at her thoughtfulness. The service has been above and beyond
Having compromised people living in our home we are grateful Save-On
is offering this service during the pandemic.

Excellent grocery delivery service!

Today I received my first delivery, the delivery driver was on time, friendly , and delivered my bags right to my door. He also checked with me that my substitute on my sprouts was okay and let me know if not, then he would return it. The online website was easy to use and had multiple open time slots for delivery; an added bonus, first delivery fee is free. Future delivery fee is responsibly priced. I will use this service again as needed.

Its my favorite store. Unfortunately the teller allowed an uncomfortable situation by telling the next person in line it was ok to place their groceries on the belt. I objected. They weren't impressed. Please Save On...don't jump the gun...we need to stay diligent. This is not over. I would like to be here when it is. Please don't rush the safety protocols.

We needed ice cream to complete a dessert. No waiting in line and hand sanitizer available. A quick walk to the freezer section and through the check out we were on our way. Staff are always friendly and ready to answer questions.

Thanks to SA Save On Foods for honoring 8000pts for a beautiful huge Shank portion ham, and 7000pts for a 5kg turkey. Always clean and fresh in the store, with kind and patient staff.

Polite staff, shelves are always stocked. No point of complaining about price as every center has it's own bargains. And easy to use self checkouts

Great Customer Covid Curbside, and Online Service. Go to the website, browse through everything that the store carries, and simply add to the cart what you want. Then pick a time, and use Curbside Pickup to retrieve usually ALL the items you chose. If you are in the area, they will deliver, if not, use Bizzy Bee Delivery Service, in Salmon Arm, and your order will get delivered to your door. 😊
