I ordered the savery cheese twists and unlike other Tim Hortons I've been to, this one heated my twists without being asked. I only used the drive-thu, so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the bathrooms but I was greeted with a smile by the server. Would go again. Always recommending a black peppermint tea!

Was traveling with my family , stopped at this TIM location for food . The atmosphere was excellent . Location was neat and clean . Specially the employee Tamara is some different among others . She was very much polite and take care of my family like her own personal guests ... Thanks to all Tim staff and Tamara for great dealing and behaviour ....

Being in the centre of town on a busy main road I'm surprised this location is rarely busy, super fast service both inside and drive-through.

Best tim Hortons in salmon arm . Drive thru is so quick . Barely done paying for my order and my order is in my hand . The other 2 tim Hortons in town are horrible

Much more convenient to enter when coming from the East along the main highway, but let's not forget that this is Salmon Arm, so there's never that much traffic. Small parking lot, but it seems to me that everybody that comes to this store is considerate and patient - so just about every time I've driven in, and there's no parking stall, just about that time someone comes out of the store and motions to me that they're leaving and I can use their parking stall. Sound wierd, and I know it's purely coincidental, but that's the way it's happened. Same good service and decent quality coffee and donuts.

Great venue. Staff were great, coffee was hot. What more do you want?

My extra large for cream 1 sugar was excellent as usual just love love love timmies and the Pumpkin Spice Timbits brick specially nice good job keep up the good work it keeps that delicious coffee and Timbits coming you will see me soon LOL

Best service in town . Bar none. The owners really care about their staff. And most importantly the customers. Please be patient during this pandemic. All essential workers deserve respect.

Good donuts, the coffee is passable but no where as good as years ago before Brazil company bought it and changed the coffee.

Consistent coffee, wait is consistently getting longer. People are nice just no where as efficient as.in.past years.lots of. New staff. Thank godness some.of the prime people stuck around.

It's a Tim Hortons so up to a certain standard. Coffees, donuts of all the usual varieties plus other meal options. Drive through also here. Somewhat limited parking. Restrooms, wifi available. Close to Salmon Arm centre.

Disclaimer : I only order coffee from tims, and they haven't messed up that at this location. Staff is friendlier than other locations too!

Coffee's always hot, chili always in the pot, and an easy to use drive-thru with a full size truck

The washrooms were kept on adiquite Condition, they appear to serve hot beverages as well of you are waiting. Worth a stop.

Very Busy !!! Even with one till open Tim Hortons was fast and curtious and served the growing lineup as soon as possible!

Always friendly and healthy when on the go or even to sit in and relax in the warm environment. Definitely a good stop for coffee, food and sweet donuts

I've always had great service at all three tim hortons. It's not an easy job. Good work
