I came in today to get my phone reconnected. Katherine was the best. Such great customer service, she went above and beyond to help me get my phone figured out and get me the best plan she could. She has a great personality and was very fun to chat with while we waited on hold. She even stayed an hour past closing to help me out. Highly recommend going there and having her help you, I will be back for sure all because of her.

Katie was AMAZING! She was patient, understanding, explained and answered every question as many times as needed. She was never annoyed with us. Although there are a few employees there that are decently nice, from my experiences I have had terrible service and help as a whole. HOWEVER, that changed today because of Katie. I dreaded going in to the store today, and left very happy that I did go. She offered advice and added details to topics that I did not know about. She really cared and I left with a new phone, not a broken bank account, and a much better plan than I was told on the phone or when I was in the same store just two days prior. Thank you Katie... you made my day and birthday weekend so much better!

Had the best experience at Tom Harris Cellular, Salmon Arm went in to ask a few questions about getting a new phone. Was delighted to find out that I was Jake's first customer. He did an amazing job, testament to the training he must of received. Overall great atmosphere in the store, great manager, Kayla, fantastic store you are running. I will be back, I promise.

In full disclosure, I gave birth to the young lady who set me up with Telus services today. It was a proud moment to watch her navigate through the process quickly and professionally. She worked hard on our behalf to help us get the best deal, all while smiling and answering our many questions with confidence. She acknowledged other customers who came in the store and made sure she was using her time with us wisely. Based on our experience, we feel like she is an excellent Tom Harris representative and I believe it has everything to do with her kind personality and great sense of humour. Maybe also because she has great parents.

Both Katherine and Jacob (Im sorry if I got the names wrong-) were amazing to me these past few days. I ended up dropping my old phone in water and decided to get a new phone and go through a phone contract. They were both patient with me while trying to set it up even when we had technical difficulties and both were so friendly. This has been an amazing first experience with Telus and I'm happy I made the switch

Katherine and Taynah helped me get internet set up for my house after a big move. Made the whole experience very easy and worry free on my end. Would recommend 100% over dealing with all the million steps online.

Katie was so helpful! She made sure the process was super smooth and easy to transfer from Koodo to Telus which was amazing! She had everything I needed for my new iPhone ready to go, was super quick with transferring my info over and made sure we got the best deal we could! I absolutely loved my experience, me & my finance will be going through her next time we visit Telus!

The young woman that helped us today is a new employee in training. She was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Was very professional and will make a great asset to Telus.

Taynah talked to me and asked what I want my phone to do, talk, text, pictures are my priority and affordability so she recommended the Pixel 8 and I am loving the phone, thanks to her.
