Shoppers Drug Mart

This shoppers drug mart is the best store. The employees are so friendly and nice. I'm their loyal customer for 10 years. Poonam and Mae are two of the best employees. They are always helpful, positive, and friendly.

Please be noted that this review is based off of several visits and only a few girls at the beauty boutique deserve this review. I was assisted by Nella. She is such a nice person to complete a transaction with. She was very helpful and quick and had a pleasant and inviting personality. She knows what the role of being in customer service entails. She is very knowledgable about products and she doesn’t rush the customer. She also recommended great deals online in which o was able to place an order for products with points offers.

Nice customer service. I generally go for pharmacy. The staff is friendly and helps in understanding the medication. The best part is this store is open till midnight. So you can also run your late nite grocery stop.

I’m always happy to be served by Aashna at the Canada Post Office. She is excellent at her job. She is quick and courteous are her job. She’s a great addition to the Canada Pos Team

I am very pleased every time I have to deal with Mourad for any help I need to order drugs or to find items on the shelves. He is so helpful, efficient and friendly. Never to busy too busy to help me out.

Farhana, a member of our cashier staff, not only possesses extensive knowledge about the products in the store and how to find them, but she also takes on the role of our dedicated tour guide for Eglinton Square Shopping Centre.

I come to this shoppers at least a few times a month, and everytime i see Poonam she’s very sweet and helpful. Always helps me out.

I really commend a fast and good service of May. Her attention to details is very extraordinary that I never have to worry that I might get the wrong medications. I have been going to this store for the past couple of years - everyone is so nice! The people who work there are friendly and professional! One lovely girl by the name of Zahida has helped me out on a number of occasions! Hats off to her customer service skills - I look forward to my shopping sessions at the store.

This is probably the best shoppers in Scarborough! Staff are amazing, store is well stocked, clean and organized. I have been shopping at this location for over 10 years and it is so much better since management changed. I often bring my elderly mother on Senior’s day and the store manager Matt always takes time to say hello and help us with anything we need which my mother and I both appreciate. Poonam at the cash is equally as pleasant and has told me how great Matt is as her manager. Great job guys, and don’t let the deplorables bring your spirits down!🙏🙏🙏stay safe

The cash manager Mien is such a wonderful soul. Handles customers very well and very accommodative. She and her team are very helpful and patient in all aspects. I had a very urgent need and Mien helped me out instantly. Thank you so much Mien.

Most times, when we pick our medicine, it is a quick affair, but this time, we had a lovely intern, Vidhya, who answered all my questions without rushing.
We need more people like her at Pharmacies.

Poonam is my son's favourite...always a friendly word with every visit and she is always helpful with customers who have difficulty with the self-checkout. Pharmacy staff is great too...quick and helpful!

I have shopped at the Eglinton Square location a lot over the past 6 years. I find the staff extremely helpful and efficient. In the pharmacy, Mae took a personal interest in helping my 95 year old dad. She always helped him get his prescriptions with the greatest care and efficiency, making his day with her caring and cheerful disposition. He wouldn't deal with anyone else. We love Mae!
