They are FAST !!! GOGOGO ⏩⏩⏩

These guys are a machine !!! We went there during peak hour in the morning and ended up sitting inside. We were witness to the sheer efficiency these people operate at. Then during a subsequent visit on the drive through the effect of that machine working on high RPM was clear. GG guys !!! You rock !!!

Good ambience, fast and courteous service.

Oh wow, it has been long time that I found such a nice Tim Horton, I feel the difference in service and quality, I can say all Tim Horton locations in Peel region or in GTA are garbage third class service and poor quality of products. This Tim Horton was fully packed but service was so fast and accurate and even coffee was so fresh and delicious

The food and drinks here are amazing, and i literally cannot think of am employee that isnt good here. especially Adam, Jacky, Corbin, christopher, michelle and more. thank you guys for being so amazing. ❤ -Bryce and Skyler (AKA the couple that always comes in)

Shoutout to this team! Despite their drive-thru and in-store lines being literally out the door; they remain so polite and as efficient as they can possibly be. This doesn’t go unnoticed by everyone, so great job!

There was a mix up on the doughnuts I ordered. Maple Dip and Canadian Maple did not match the labels at the front of the counter. I wanted Canadian Maple, but I asked for Maple Dip, because of the label. When I went back to the counter, it was fixed immediately and with a smile. It turns out I ordered the wrong thing, but they had also placed the trays against the wrong label. The key was that they fixed my concern, no quibble, no question, just did the right thing with an obvious focus on good customer service.

Fast efficient drive through window

Drive thru looked like a long wait, but we managed to get through fast. Staff were happy, friendly and effieicient. Coffee was good. No complaints.

Okay I have to say, back when commuting was a thing this place could have the biggest line up out the parking lot and it was so efficient and quick I knew I could grab breakfast and get to work on time. Thanks for your relentless pursuit of efficient drive through. Seriously the gold standard and I measure all others by it. Coffee in my hand before I can put my card away.

Don't let the really long lineup in drive thru turn you off. This location moves a lot of customers quickly and without many screw ups. I go here often, 2-3 times a week!

It's a good and only Tim we found in Sutton. In COVID times, it has drive through orders with almost all Tim menu options. The wait times are quite less these days and service is really fast.

They're always very welcoming and accommodating. Our local Scouts Canada Leadership team loves to have our meetings there. The coffee and tea is always perfect and many of us show up hungry and leave satisfied.

Who is the manager there - they shouldn't be!! Today (Aug.11) they were lined up to the street so I went in. Ladies washroom - one toilet badly plugged & the other no toilet paper. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Waited in store in line for over 20 minutes - lots of drive-thru staff but only 1 cashier for inside. Saw staff member come from the kitchen - empty 1 garbage from behind the counter then remove donuts from the oven to glaze - never washed their hands. There was even a used bandaid on the floor which looked like it hadn't been swept at all! This was at 4pm on a Sunday while the Sutton Fair was on - should have been way more staff or maybe the manager should try helping out. Disgusting!

I really love the coffee and it was rapid service ...the atmosphere is so heavy but overall good
