Great little location, got the naked lobster roll for $28. A GOOD amount of lobster on the roll, they’re definetly not skimping. Shortly after eating this I fell into a mild food coma and I felt as if there was a brick in my stomach. I have come to the conclusion that lobster may be too decadent for me since my diet at home consists of mostly pasta and yogurt. It was 100% worth it though!

Hands down best lobster roll I’ve had. Loads of different options to choose from (My go-to is the warm naked lobster roll 🤤). I like to try their specials as well, I’ve never been disappointed. It’s a very short walk from Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse so it makes for great day out!

You do not want to miss this gem. Their lobster rolls were unmatched. We went a couple of months ago and I still think about how delicious and flavourful these rolls were. We got Cajun lobster rolls and naked lobster roll, with raspberry lemonade. You can sit on the benches outside and watch people roll through the beautiful scenery of Peggy’s Cove. I highly recommend stopping by!

We visited a couple months ago and had to try this place out after seeing all the reviews! I must say the reviews are right and these are definitely one of the best lobster rolls I’ve had in my life.

Each roll is packed with flavour and thick pieces of lobster. I love how there are different toppings/flavours for each roll as well, it really helps if your group has different preferences.

Although it is on the pricey side, I would recommend trying it at least once.

The herb cream cheese bagel that I got was delicious and even cheap! My dad got the lobster roll and he said it was really good! The ice cream was also delicious!! Everyone was very nice and it is a beautiful location! Watch out for the birds though! They are always looking for food to eat. Would highly recommend!

Yummy lobster roll! I got the classic. Delish! Also got the Maple Iced coffee, really really good too.

Best lobster roll ever. Visiting from Alberta and it was incredible. Must go when in Peggy’s Cove.

To be fair, I didn't try the lobster roll anywhere else, but I read so many reviews of other places skimping on the lobster or serving up way too much mayo. Tom's Lobster Shack fills the roll until it overflows! It was so delicious I came back to get it again 1 week later. I had the "naked" version of the lobster roll 👌🏽
And of course you can't beat the view!

The best lobster roll I have ever had in my life. I didn’t enjoy Nova Scotia that much but Peggy’s Cove was my favourite part and Tom’s Lobster Shack was a major reason for that. Amazing!

The most fantastic lobster roll! Service was super friendly and nice even though they were very busy. It was quick too as many of us were on a bus tour. Dining is eating outdoors on a picnic table. It was a perfect fall day for it.

Perfect! I was at the end of my east coast trip and had yet to get a lobster roll which was a list for me since I had never had one. I was lucky enough to get one at this little gem at Peggys Cove. It was amazing! It was packed with fresh flavoraable lobster that was exactly as I had anticipated. The ladies working there are kind and were quick getting food out stove a lot of people there are on strict time limit with tour buses.

Hands down the BEST lobster rolls in Peggys cove area. They have moved to a location right across the parking area. I ordered the cajun lobster roll and it was awesome. Fresh lobster and perfect balance of flavours. The seating outside gets a bit windy, but its no different from any other place you will be in the cove area. Their outdoor seating is very nice and spaced out. The server was too kind and she offered a complimentary cake slice for my kid, which made her happy.

Of course when you come to the east coast you got to have a Lobster Roll. This place has one of the best Lobster Rolls you can get at a great price.

They pack it with Lobster that is sweet and meaty. I think the Cajun roll is the best but you can’t go wrong with the other selections.

The home made chips complement the sweet Lobster Roll with a hard salty crunch that is excellent.

We stopped by Tom’s Lobster Shack during our visit to Peggy’s Cove and we had several Lobster Rolls (Truffle, Cajun, Classic). They were all delicious and, most definitely, as fresh as you can get them.

The bill wasn’t cheap ($26 + Tax each) but, this is a touristy destination and lobster prices have been going up. Also, the quality and portions were actually worth it.

The staff was also very friendly and attentive. Good job!

The best lobster roll we had during our visit, better than anything else we ordered back in Halifax. They had Cajun and Truffle; we went for the Cajun and it was a nice flavour. Fresh cold lobster salad on a warm buttered bun. Mouth salivating as this review is being written. Definitely worth it while you're visiting Peggy's Cove!!!

We had some of the best and freshest lobster rolls ever at this little shack near Peggy's Cove!! Not a tourist trap at all, this little find is worth every penny. We got the truffle lobster roll which was incredible, and the classic lobster roll which was even better. They came with a slice of pickle and a handful of chips. They were delicious until the very last bite. They had picnic tables on-site to enjoy wonderful food while looking out at the surroundings near Peggy's Cove.

Got the truffle lobster 🦞 roll and it was amazing! Conveniently located near Peggy’s cove lighthouse, can just walk to it. I want to try all of their lobster rolls. Also got a mango lassi which was great as well. They have ice cream too!
