Great service at this Tim Hortons location and Great vegan food well chicken since I don't beef or pork,
Atmosphere is not so good for me that people goes to Tim Hortons to sit down for hours just to stare at people going into Tim Hortons I don't like nosy people

TODAY I SERVED BY ARSHPREET.SHE IS A VERY SOFT KIND HERATED GIRL.WHEN SHE WAS TAKING MY ORDER with SMILING AND SHE EXPLIAN ME EVERY ITEM IN ONE BY ONE SOFTLY.IWAS ORDER COFFEE AND FOOD .SHE GAVE ME FRESH COFFE IN NICLEY WAY AND SHE MADE MY WRAP WAS VERY GOOD.THEN I SAW THIS GIRL 10 MIN SHE IS VERY HARDWORKING AND FAST .TRULY I LIKE THIS GIRL VERY MUCH.BLESSING AND LOVE FROM ME TO THIS GIRL.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons location in the area!
No drive-thru means long lines are quick and efficient because all focus is directed towards one line.
The staff is incredible, friendly and kind. Since every interaction is in store, you get to know them, which gives you a terrific sense of community. Plus, they learn what you order and it really speeds everything up.
As of this morning, they removed the bulky plexiglass screens surrounding the registers, which is a wonderful improvement for those who use the app or like to pay with cash!

Wed. Sep 9 stopped by This Tim location, the nice lady made the best in town ice cap, plus friendly customer service, ordered half dozen donuts: two Honey Crullers,two Apple Fritters, a Boston cream and a Canadian Maple fresh bake donuts; strong recommended if you look for ice cap :)

The place is good to hangout. The French Vanila is superb.

There’s a young gentleman that works at night (the 1020 Ottawa street Tims) who treats every customer like they’re the most important person in his world. Extremely polite, quick as lightening and makes one feel valued always! God bless him and help him achieve all his goals!

Very friendly very good customer service unlike the 1 on Victoria here there were only 2 servers but fast friendly and efficient

Great staff, food is made accurately, always a nice atmosphere. Busier than most Tim Hortons.

This location may always be busy, but that is because they are so great! Excellent customer service and 99% of the time, they get the order perfect!! The no drive through thing is sometimes annoying, but it forces us to have a few humanly interactions with there awesome staff!! :)

Always very busy, but somehow the employees are able to handle the rush very quickly. Never waited too long. Very cozy place, if you spend a while there you start to get to know people very quickly because this is many people's second home. A great place to relax and visit.

I mean how can you go wrong here. The bagel person. Asked us if the bagel for over cooked for our liking. I mean I never get that at many Tim's so that was a nice surprise to make sure we were satisfied.

This location must be close to a senior home. In the afternoons you see groups of seniors (all very jolly and happy) playing scratch cards or bingo together. Its a very warm environment. The parking lot is always a mess with cups, wrappers and napkins thou but that is from the customers, nothing the stores can do.

I ordered coffee there and was happy to see the cashier holding my coffee cup from bottom side instead of holding form top (led). Especially during covid panadamic I hate if someone give me coffee with no gloves and holding cup from top.

Was a great visit to timmies this morning 🌄. Sat down and talked hockey with a cple old timer Montreal fans ! I'm a leaf fan. Whole place was howling. Loved it. Staff and service was great !!

I'm new to the area and the service is always friendly. Some days are faster than others but I've never had any wrong orders 👍

This used to be my everyday stop when I was at work.

Great service and this is one of the few Tim's that can make a coffee correctly. As I've always enjoyed the service here aswell.
