Penske Truck Rental

I had requirements of moving my household from Kitchener, Ontario to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. I rented a late-model 26 ft truck from Penske at this location and my entire house fit into the space. The equipment worked flawlessly for a 3700 km round trip. The equipment was clean and well maintained. It made a very difficult process and experience much easier than I expected. And overall, I saved myself about $11,000 in moving fees.

The rental office is knowledgeable and efficient. In the service centre, Karen is amazing. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about this place.

Awesome experience! I highly recommend renting from this location. The truck was in great shape and met all our needs, but it’s the staff at this location that are truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful experience with Penske Truck Rental in Cambridge during our move in August 2020. We had actually originally booked with UHAUL but they left us hanging the day before our move with no truck available. We called every truck rental company in Waterloo Region and Penske was the only one who even offered to put us on a wait list. They called back a few hours later saying a truck was available. We dealt with Will and he was exceptional - he totally went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth moving experience. I would highly recommend Penske in Cambridge and we will definitely book with them again next time we need a truck. Thank you Penske and Will!

Jay Whitson was a great help when there was a bit of a mix up with our reservation.
We needed a larger truck, and at the time of pick up they were all booked. Jay tried to find us a alternate solution, after 20 minutes of calling around, one could not be found.
Jay and his staff hooked me a up with a unit from their fleet that was able to do the job, and get me out of a bind that otherwise would have been very costly.
The kind of service that they provided to me was exceptional, and very appreciated.
more companies should take note, this is what customer service is all about.

Stephen T., at this location, is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He is prompt, courteous and most of all he looks after you from start to finish. Best place to rent any truck for all your needs. Highest recommendation.

Easy to book, easy to pick up. Couldn't find the after hours key drop, but found an employee to take the key. Truck ran well and was in decent shape.
