I am loving it! A must have at least once in a week, to enjoy my favorite cheeseburger and freshly made fries 🍟 Always friendly staff!

Just your typical McDonald's, but a very large space lots of seating inside and also outside. Staff are very kind. The lineup for the car take out (drivethru) was very long, but inside was very open and fast to order. There is an auto order machine and of course order with staff. Parts of the inside are blocked off for covid but a lot is open again.

Everything is a 5/5! Not just because I work here. Everyone, and I mean everyone working here are amazing, kind and hardworking people. We work really hard behind the counter and I'm sorry, Karen, if your fries are a little warm, but we're doing the best we can to make your McDonald's experience as McHappy as it can be.

Donita Capuno, the Guest Experience Manager here is the sweetest, most beautiful soul and we are all lucky to work with her. She made me fresh cookies today and that should be enough information to back up that Donita is an amazing manager. <3

Great customer service, my Big Mac was made right and the fries hot and ready

I'm going to skip rating atmosphere because I don't go in. I just use the drive-thru.
This is the most personable friendly McDonald's I've ever gone to and the food is way better than any other McDonald's in London. This is the first McDonald's I actually liked

Great burgers, great people. Nice computerized ordering system, quick service. Unique section with books and donations for local charity.

The only fast food drive in, in kincardine. Always super busy at lunch, but these guys kill it. Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Cathy and especially Shanta who is always super pleasant and helpful. They make grabbing a morning snack and a coffee great!

Sometimes food wait during the day can be alittle long but typically food has been coming out hot and correct

Somehow the breakfast from this location is leagues above other McDonald's - everything is always cooked perfectly, assembled with care, and always comes out in good time.

Friendly and clean. They are often prompt with orders. They are busier than most McDonald's so sometimes they may have a waiting time that can be long but they work their butts off with a smile busy or not. Also I heard on the radio they just won some awards for cleanliness and service time. 3rd best in western Ontario or something like that

Best McDonald's coffee anywhere during the week, weekends not so much . Friendly staff already know my order when they hear my good morning.

This McDonald's staff is amazing and 5 times fast then any other local fast food spots.

My milkshake came with 3 whole bonus bees, unfortunately no boys came to my yard. Machine must have been broken. 5 stars.

Heather Murray is the 'Bomb-Digity' . Honestly the best place in town for quality food at price value. Best cafe in town considering there's no Starbucks.
