5 stars for the retail and pharmacy here. Shout out to Beth in the pharmacy and Brianna for helping me out with a return when she was busy. They are always super friendly and will go out of their way to help out customers. I go out of my way to shop here for the discounts and the amazing staff!

We have a many health crisises in our family in the past year and cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff but especially Beth, we could not have gotten this far without her and hope ahe never leaves!!!

Beth and the whole team at the pharmacy are great...small town service at its finest. We are lucky to have such a friendly and caring pharmacy. Thanks for all you do.

The pharmacy and pharmacist were fantastic. The pharmacist was able to help diagnose and prescribe for a minor illness for myself which is really convenient (especially on a weekend).

Only drug store in the area open family day.

I had an emergency and drove the 40 minutes to get here.

The pharmacists Beth and George are great! I have a serious health issue and they are a vital part of my health care team. I think some of the reviews below are bogus as I have never experienced anything but kindless.

The pharmacy staff are absolutely great and they really do try to help all of their customers like they are not just another person who gets their medication. They are very busy but they still really try to get to know their clients as a whole and go out of their way to make your life a little easier. They are very kind and friendly. I do miss the old staff as well they were just as caring as the new staff.

Nov 12 2020. I was in to get photos printed and I needed assistance. Brianna (manager) was exceptional. She was patient, friendly and so willing to help.

The Kincardine Rexall Pharmacy.
The pharmacy staff are the best. The pharmacists are great. Always willing to help. Senior's day gives us a deal on things that aren't on special.
There is a recurring problem in the non-pharmacy section of the store. There are often two price tags on an item. A 3 day special for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then a higher sale price for the rest of the week.
Today, some toilet paper was priced at the 3 day price and the weekly price. $3.99 & $4.99. Both prices were significant discounts from the regular price ($11). I pointed out the two price tags to the cashier and she took the 3 day price tags down, they had expired yesterday. We went up to the checkout and the cashier rang my items through the cash register. The toilet paper was priced at the weekly price, $4.99. The cashier said she couldn't adjust the price. I suggested that her supervisor could adjust the price but she wouldn't call her.
This was about 6 pm on Monday evening. Both price tags were on the shelf for nearly all of Monday.
What is Rexall's corporate policy on items that have two different price tags? I believe that most stores will honour the lower shelf price and then take down the expired price tag.
This happens far too often.
PLEASE ADVISE ON REXALL'S PRICING POLICY, for this situation.

Online opening time for Sunday for this store is listed as 8am which needs to be switched to 10 am. Went there there for 9am and was closed

Extremely poor service from the pharmacists at this location. My first time getting medication from this pharmacy. They gave me the run around and when I asked questions. I was simply trying to find out when my order would be ready as it was placed 3 days ago. Very rude and accused me of calling them several times when I only called once - absolutely terrible! I then told them to cancel my order and the pharmacist said "with pleasure". Aren't pharmacists supposed to be caring, understanding and helpful answering questions? I would give zero stars if I could.

Bought two items today and both are mispricing. Talked to store mgr about $10 off for mispricing. She said they don't follow the Scanner Price Accuracy Code.
Just did my homework, she was correct. Rexall is not member of RCC, so doesn’t need to follow the code. Good to know that.

Facist staff that give medically exempt people a hard time about masks. Never go there again!
