I recently tried the original bubble waffle and brown sugar pearl milk tea at this spot, and I must say I enjoyed the experience. The bubble waffle had the perfect crisp and was delicious, although it could have been even better if the uncooked ends were removed before serving. The brown sugar pearl milk tea complemented the meal nicely. Overall, a satisfying visit!

Very friendly service. I ordered dirty matcha, but the lady working suggested an even better flavour for a matcha flavour. Turns out, she was right.. it was better and I’m happy she was extremely welcoming and friendly with her service. The drink was flavourful, and the pearls were at a good texture. I see that they are trying to improve themselves, so I will keep coming back

I love the store design, it is modern and eye catching with spacious layout. Their boobas taste great and it was creamy. The pearls are soft like jelly and are freshly made. The waffles melts in your mouth and is a good combo for the drink. I will be back to try their other menus. One of the best booba i been so far.

it was empty at the time of arrival, and a friend and i ordered 4 drinks, peach affogato (?), coffee milk tea, caramel milk tea and something i think mango related. [this is a late review] we also ordered two bubble waffles, (one mochi [tasted strangely of lychee but pretty nice], one oreo [i didnt try this one but good reviews from the girls]) customer service was good and no complaints overall on the food

Good drinks. Very spacious. Filipino staff are nice. You can wait inside while you wait for your bus (but kindly at least buy something).

First time here, very patient employee recommended me a drink that tastes like straight up graham crackers and magic. Pearls are SO fresh. I think im in love. Can't wait to come back and try the toy machines !!! 🥰💞💞💞

Stopped here to get a drink to go while walking around one evening. I must say, one of the nicest ambiance I've been. Lots of different options and bubble waffle were tasty. Definitely worth a visit!

I really love the drinks and food here it’s all sweet and delicious and furthermore I like the vibe it’s all very aesthetic and peaceful and it’s nice to study here. Also the staff and workers here are very nice.

I had my usual milk foam black tea and it was made perfectly to my liking by Barista Tin! Kudos!

One of the staff members recommended the Pineapple Mango milk tea, and it was so good!!!!! It had pineapple chunks, which was something my mom loved. Definitely recommend this and the wintermelon milk tea. Will come to visit again ❤
