Craving for some buble tea and happen to go here. this is great cup of tea after a long time. can go to this place on daily basis. love it.

My first time visited this location because passed by so dropped by to get a free birthday drink. Wasn't busy, nobody inside. The staff was really friendly. The place clean and looked really nice to sit inside so next time we will dine in. Thai milk tea with pearls is my favorite bubble tea ever and they make the best at Chatime. I tried at many bubbles tea shops but nobody can beat there taste just like I had back home in Thailand. I am a fan of Chatime for so many years and never disappointed me.

One of our go to places for chai time in Surrey. Consistent each time we go and to other stores with fresh pearls/jelly. Always fast and get to order and go right away. Always order mango qq (one of my favourites) and the Thai milk tea is always good here as well-another favourite on the list. Roasted brown rice milk tea is another good one!

Another great place to get some boba. Spacious interior makes it a good place to enjoy your drink.

I usually get the roasted milk tea with pudding. No sugar no ice. It’s the best I’ve had so far compared to the other boba places. The pudding here is the best. Bubble world or pearl fever coco etc. All their pudding has the consistency of jelly but chatime pudding is the best.

The place is very close to Surrey Central skytrain and that's a plus. Beverage was great! Do try the jasmine green milk tea one. My favourite!!!

Signature milk tea is best. Its not just about chatime. Its about this particular location. They make the best tea. Loveeee it. All time favourite.

Roasted milk tea is so awesome. I usually get less ice and half sugar and it tastes fine. The last few times i went there, there was a large wait. It's best to call and order ahead for pickup.

Friend staff that serve you with smiles. I attend this place 3-4 times a week, and haven't had a bad experience yet. 👍
Drinks are always up to or beyond expectations and I have tried about 10 other spots but haven't found better tasting bubble tea

The cafe is mostly clean and service is excellent. The place is mostly empty with a few customers being present. I hope that it'll be able to maintain the cleanliness in the near future.

The best place for bubble tea in Surrey! It can get really busy in the evening, but the staff is always very hard working and polite. Was recommend by the manager to try the winter melon milk tea with coconut jelly, and it's my absolute favourite today!

Brown sugar bbt with oat milk with grass jelly is good here! Thank you ladies for great customer service, made it on time to grab my drinks!!

Love the sweetness in the Jasmine tea. Even sugar-free, so good. Great service as well. Social distancing in moving from the line up to the waiting area needs a bit of work when its busy.

Awesome and my absolute first time ever having or even tasting a Bubble Tea and it was fantabulous yummily in my tummily!! My nephew who is a young 9 years old! Auntie and Uncle took him for one of his favorite drinks!! BUBBLE TEA!!! Our daughter takes him into the fine establishment to order our drinks and upon ordering the drinks they asked if we would like the regular sugar, without us knowing and only after we drank our drinks did I specifically remember our nephews mother sternly telling him only half sugar!! LOL!! To our daughters dismay and our nephew saying nothing when it came to teokinb the waitress only half sugar please! LOL!! He smiled accepting the full ordered sugar filled Bubble Tea!! We were vibrating from the overdose of the yummy tasting sugar filled Bubble Tea!! We'll definitely be going back for more!!!

My choice of BT 21 Cosmos was out of stock. The kind lady took note of my number and called me when it arrived. Excellent customer service and the drink made my daughter's day

I'm new to the bubble tea world but omg....I've tried every slush and milk tea available and they've all been amazing. The staff are incredible!!
