The Paint People in Mississauga is an absolute gem! My company Precision Painting regulars their locations for the perfect stain match for all our projects. Ask for Ron, his expertise and attention to detail are incredible. Not only does nail the color, but the quality of the stain is exceptional. Their wide variety of sundries are always available. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend The Paint People for anyone looking for top-notch products and service for their painting and staining needs!

I had an amazing experience with the team here. Me and my partner are new to the DIY world and Taylor walked us through every step and was incredible patient with all our questions.

They won’t be the cheapest on the market. However, the quality of the paint plus the unmatched service makes it worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

I like their painting quality and their customer service. Then down side that after COVID-19 they run short in few types of paint.
Also, another issue, they close too early at 4 PM. Preferably they close at 5 PM

I went into this store for the first time last week looking for information on painting a shed. Within minutes, an employee came over and offered their services. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the options available and the products in the store. He encouraged me to take some time over the weekend and not to make a rushed decision. I was a bit surprised. Upon leaving the store, he offered me his business card and encouraged me to call, text or email with any questions. It turned out that the employee who helped me was actually the Owner. I was a bit surprised. I would definitely recommend this store for all your paint needs.

Needed a colour match done on a stain and they exceeded my expectations. great colour match, great customer service, great communication throughout! very happy with their service

The Paint People are the best store I have ever purchased anything from bar none! The staff are friendly and courteous, extremely knowledgeable and treat you like you're part of their family. They educate you with paint products and hand out free products all the time. The prices of the paint products are second to none and there is always a deal happening at the store, even on sundries. As a contractor, I'm there almost every day and have been going there for 6 years. They are my second home!

I needed some custom colors made for a Lego project. Although the four pieces I gave them to color match didn’t come up as a color code, they did some custom blending to come up with an exact color match. These guys a pros. Thanks again to Shemar and the staff here.

Funny how amazing service gets instantly recognized - my boyfriend coming home from flipping his house had gone to this location to receive help regarding matching hardwood floor stains and was treated with genuine extremely helpful thorough care. He received SIX different options to choose from, he then went to explain how a different store had only given him TWO and did not seem to care so much. The attention and care the employees at this location greeted my boyfriend with is how he can do high quality work and get through projects quicker. He is so appreciative of their help and their willingness to answer his questions, after hearing him raving on, I knew this had to posted. So thank you!!!!

Every time I need to buy a paint it is the store where I go for past 9 years.They are highly professional but also highly honest people! I did not buy the paint. I helped a friend pick up paint that had been ordered and paid for.
The paint was ready when I called for curbside pick up. I did not have to wait long and they wheeled it out to my Car and helped me load them into my trunk while observing all covid 19 precautions.
I was very impressed at the stellar service 👌

We went in to buy paint. They had this paint combination samples on cardboard that aid in decisions, good. After deciding on the color, we received very good customer service from everyone esp. Ronald and his boss, superb. After the paint was mixed, the 5gal pail was put in our car ... talk about great, complete service!!! I already know where to get my next paint and supplies ... and nowhere else!

Danica and Charles were amazing. Danica went out of her way to help us solve our color match issue based on information supplied to us by our condominium. When the information provided to us from our condominium proved to be missing critical details, and the condominium was unable to provide the additional info necessary, Charles decided to come over to our home to color match the paint directly using an optical scanning device. He then tweaked the formula until he had an exact color match. We were very impressed with the dedication both employees had to ensuring we were satisfied. We highly recommend this store to anyone.

These guys are great! I have recently started painting and they have been very helpful. They know their stuff, they take their time to explain why, and are just generally a very good store. I'll be going back here for a long time.

Very happy with the service and the quality options available. My wife and I have been using the paint people for renovating our last 3 homes, and there is no place better to grab paints and decorating materials. Recently we started using some of the new services they have offered in store and have never been disappointed! Keep it up!
