Love Shop - Adult Novelty & Sex Toys

First timer at the store. The cashier Tianna was extremely welcoming and did a fantastic job of explaining things in a way that I could understand. Pricing is not bad either. 10/10 would recommend.

Wanted to check out some electronics in this shop. It was very awkward first but Tiannaa made asking and looking for products smoother and better. She was also very fun to talk to and ended up having some laughs.

Recommend coming to this place if you are very awkward or new.

This store was an absolute pleasure to shop in. Elizabeth was so welcoming and friendly. She was so educated on everything the shop had to offer and made me feel very comfortable. Also, the music playing was amazing!!! It gave such a good vibe for myself and the other customers. I had such a great experience shopping there!

Amazing people! Greatest love shop in the universe! Spectacular customer service, they literally saved my date (and Hitachi magic wand!). They gave me an adapter after my bunny chewed my cable (something literally impossible to get in the city!). Everyone was super friendly, and I felt welcome right away! They are the greatest! Check it out! :D

My partner and I came into this store on the weekend prepared to have an awkward experience like we usually do. What a surprisingly pleasant experience we ended up having!!! Elizabeth was like a breath of fresh air, she was friendly and really knew her stuff! She gave us the best service we’ve ever had in an adult shop in Toronto, and believe me we’ve been to them all. Keep up the great work!!!

I went in and got assistance from a new rep (Aubrey) and a lot has changed since I was last there haha
The store actually has a big selection of lingerie for such a small space. Lots of options to choose from.

Very friendly & warm atmosphere. The staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. They make you feel comfortable, safe and don't judge. I love buying all my intimate products there. High quality at an excellent price. They carry soo many different things you can easily drop a paycheck in a day. Definitely worth buying your loved ones something special or treating yourself to something new and special
