Arrived a couple minutes after closing and the attendant was very pleasant when i begged her to buy some candles!!! Thank you i was dreading driving back to Waterloo empty handed and having to pay the shipping costs as they are expensive and the pick up option is no longer offered ☹

Had a great experience with the lady that was working there on April 26th (I cannot remember her name). She was covering a shift and does not typically work in the storefront, but helped me out so much. She helped me with a large return and was extremely understanding. She also went above and beyond to help me get candles that were not technically in stock, but they prepared them in the factory while I was there so I didn't have to leave empty handed. Absolutely amazing!

Purchased candles for my wedding and could not speak highly enough about the quality and customer service. Store was facing significant logistical issues (understandable considering the times), but made every effort to get my product to me in time. So happy with the final product and will definitely be a return customer!

Yummi candles are perfect, the best!

The candles are really high quality and burn really cleanly. The scents are clean and smell as great sitting on my coffee table as they do when they burn. I literally don't buy any other brand of candle anymore. The candles are a bit more expensive but so worth it. I love that it's a Canadian company and local to me. Fantastic customer service as well. I've never had anything but a great experience.

After hunting around for a place to buy good quality candles that are not overpriced, I came across Yummi candles and decided to give them a try. Not only are these candles top notch, but after Canada Post mixed up my delivery, and was going to make a giant ordeal out of it, Yummi Candles simply sent my order again via another carrier. Great product, great value, and outstanding customer service. I know this review reads like a sales pitch, but I was just so pleased overall that this is what I wrote, take it as you will. This Yummi Candles location is the go-to for bulk/wedding orders and the customer service was impeccable!

I ordered clear glass votives online and it was ready for pick up the next day - talk about fast! While waiting for the associates to get my order, I browsed the store and saw so many interesting items that were not listed online. I asked the associates if they had any more glass candle holders in stock (which were beautiful for our unity candles) as there was only one on display, and they never gave up hope, searching the whole back room to find me a brand new set of candle holders. When I finished my purchase, the associate even helped me bring the order to my car.

At the end of the day, yes, they are just candles. But they're also a Canadian company who values their customers as shown through their excellent service standards. I will definitely be returning here for all my candle needs in the future!

Haven't been into the showroom but as a UPS driver I've delivered here. The place smells so good in the dock area I can only imagine the front. The staff working behind the scenes, so to speak, are very hard working and pleasant to deal with. Some of the most efficient and friendly people I have dealt with on the job, wish there were more like you...

We drove an hour our only open morning before our wedding to get our candles. The woman who I had spoken to accidentally forgot half our order in the warehouse.
Upon finding out we had driven in for an hour the staff member had us step out and went through the warehouse herself to find the rest of my order.
After being unsuccesful she called her boss who came in with his children to find what we had ordered. They were nothing but appoligetic and polite to us the whole time. Our candle sets we received are stunning and in perfect shape.
I recommend Yummi candles to anyone. They are a great Canadian owned business and they went above and beyond for us.

Excellent quality and great value! We used yummi candles to decorate our wedding reception and we couldn't have been happier with the quality and value of all the products we purchased. The candles outlasted the reception and they added an elegant touch. We ordered the votive candles, metallic hurricane floating candle holders with floating candles, luminaria lanterns, cylinder vases sets with floating candles as well as loft candles for the patio at our reception. They were all excellent. I would recommend yummi candles to anyone planning a wedding, especially those on a budget who don't want to compromise on elegance and quality. Five stars all around.

The store was just remodeled and it is absolutely gorgeous. I use the soap line in my bathroom and kitchen. This is also the best place for handmade beeswax candles. You can only get them in the store, so it's like an exclusive treat!

I love these candles! Unscented and quality candles are very hard to find. Yummi candles are of high quality, burn brightly, burn longer, don't drip or smoke - and they are not made with harmful ingredients! PLUS they are made in Canada!

They have a great variety of colours in tapers and pillar candles. I looked many places for unscented candles before I discovered Yummi Candles. I will definitely be back next time I need candles.
