I had a roof leak and called in Tony for assessment and repair services. Tony gave recommendations and was upfront with what the job would entail and pricing. He is very courteous in answering a lot of my questions. He came to the property twice, first to do an assessment and preparation and second was to do the repair. He gives honest and reasonable recommendations for the current situation. He did the job well and left the property clean. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was having water coming into my house and was unable to tell where it was coming from. I called a few contractors, and they were unable to locate how the water was coming in. Tony was recommended to me and when I contacted him, not only was the customer service good, he was able to come out the next day! He was able to locate where the water was coming in from and fixed the issue. I was very pleased with Tony's prompt arrival and work that was done. I would definitely use him again should any roofing issues arise. Thank you Tony!

Needed emergency roof repair before a storm after other roofers wouldn’t get back to me or take on the job. Went to Metro and spoke with Tony and he showed up in under an hour of receiving my call. Upon arrival, they got straight to work, did a thorough inspection and repaired what needed to be. Definitely impressed with the quality of service from Tony and Metro!

Metro Roofing started the work a week after Tony provided an on site quote.Tony's crew did an excellent job of roof shingle replacement. They provided updates on the state of the roof as they were working. This was really appreciated. The yard was completely cleaned up of nails and bits of old shingles. There was a minor cosmetic problem with flashing and Tony repaired it. The flashing now looks better than the original. I would recommend Metro Roofing without hesitation. Tony was very easy to work with.

Very happy with the price, quality of work and service. Excellent crew. Started early morning and finished by sunset. Property was left extremely cleaned - and my roof is good for another 10-15yrs.

Tony and his team, are very professional. They are reliable punctual, experienced and competent.

What I was mostly impressed by, is that they concentrated on correcting the damage (caused by racoons, that resulted in leaking inside our home) without trying to suggest that I need a whole new roof , like other companies did. This saved us a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.

To my amazement, they went above and beyond the call of duty, and cleaned my gutters free of charge!

They really know what they’re doing: they installed, spikes along the perimeter of the roof, to prevent the racoons from climbing back up. When it comes to roofs, they have seen it all, and calmly handle it, so you know that you’re getting the best work done :)

Great experience with this company. Tony responded quickly and recognized the urgency of getting an emergency repair done to ensure no additional damage would occur after a windstorm exposed a portion of the roof. He was prompt and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the work and all the options/ information he gave, taking the time to go over things so all questions were answered. I'll be having more work done with them in the near future and have no hesitation recommending them to others!

After a severe storm where parts of our roof and chimney were damaged. Tony responded quickly and did an amazing job in repairing. Very reasonably priced. We got our roof guy! Recommending to everyone in Durham.

Noticed some shingles had raised up on my roof called around for a few quotes from a few roofing companies
Metro was one of them Tony came out the same day and determined that it was caused by animals gave me a cost,
job was done with in 2 days we are very happy with the cost and the level of service we received the other companies were just going to repair the damage Metro not only repaired the damage they installed some animal deterrents to hopefully fixed the problem from reoccurring. I would highly recommend them if you need work done

Tony was most helpful in assisting in repairing the roof for me. He reached out very quickly after I spoke to him over the phone, and came out and explained very honestly of what needed to be done - and did the repairs for me.

After the windstorm, I needed some repairs for my flat roof. Tony came the very next day and gave me an estimate. He had to wait for the weather to clear but he was here the first good day and repaired the roof and also added some raccoon barriers around the house as well. He was very professional and did excellent work. Much appreciated!

I needed someone to repair a flat roof on my upstairs add on bathroom.I researched online and found Metro with a hundred good reviews.I called and spoke with Tony who said he would be out the next day to have a look.He came as promised and looked things over and we agreed on a price.Once the weather.cleared up he and his main guy came over and went to work.The house is old and always a pain to work on but they got it done in good time. Was having a major issue with Racoons damaging my roof, more than once! Tony was very quick to respond and explain what was needed. Job was done quickly. A few weeks ago we lost a section of shingles due to high winds that occurred at night. The next day we tried to get contractors in to look at the roof, to give us quotes and tell us when they could fix the issue. At night it rained a lot and some of the rain started to leak in. We called several 24 hrs numbers listed emergency services. Only Tony answered the call and gave us suggestions on what we could do till the morning. In morning he followed up with us to see if we needed any further assistance. We asked him for a quote and since he was the first one to say that he could come that day, we decided to go with him. He was accommodating by getting the matching shingle colours for our roof and coming in to patch the damaged portion of the roof before the rain started again that same day. This gave us piece of mind and we appreciated the quick action Tony provided, plus some of the assessment he made on what might have caused the issues and the condition of the roof. Recently, we had more high winds hit us and we noticed a few shingles had popped up. We contacted Tony on the Saturday. He came by Monday to patch them as best as he could. We had rain and high winds later that week and had no further issues. We appreciate Tony's quick hassle free responses and quickly getting things done for us.
