Excellent customer service and amazing experience during our drive through order.
Asked for 6 donuts to go, including marble flavored, unfortunately was not available.
I said oh no,my wife was craving for marble donuts for last 3 months and every time I try to order ,out of stock. She replied and said if you wait for few extra minutes we will be able to take my order.
In few minutes she came with a box of fresh double chocolate marble donuts with the excitement I forgot to ask her name. She also offered to us to call half an hour ahead of time for any special order.
Our whole hearty thanks to the Ajax Kingston Road & Harwood location for making my wife happy and she gladly shared her favorite donuts with everyone at home.

I’m not at picky as other reviewers I guess. I really like the layout inside this store… it’s a nice place to meet someone for coffee. The double double I got was as expected and they had plenty of donuts to choose from. Place was clean and the staff were friendly. Seems like a “good” Tim’s.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and good temperature.drink was hot. The fire place was relaxing. The only problem I couldn't get the WiFi to work.

Good customer service but waiting is long as it can be extremely busy. Very spacious for seating

I don't know what to say, they have some of the freshest hash brown every time I swing by my chiro, i stop by here and its always fresh, crunchy. Staff is super friendly never had an issue making and other and the tea is always nice and smooth they don't over do the sugar or milk!
Good job to the employees at this location!

Awesome and friendly staff, used to come every day during the summer to pick up something to snack on. Sometimes a donut, or a drink. Now I don’t come as often but when I do I always order a chocolate glazed or an Apple fritter. (My recommendations are the two I just mentioned)
This place is really clean too. Overall it rocks

I'm sorry for whoever had to clean the washroom the day I was there, other then that it was great! 10/10

This is one of my favourite locations, the workers are always so friendly and they always have a good attitude in front of customers. Although there are times my order isn't fully correct, they never fail to apologize and fix the mistake for me without hesitation. If the employees here are reading this, thank you for the amazing service and working so hard in these tough times.

it's hard not to love Tom Hortons, just for being itself!
as always, I've found wonderful, efficient humans here!
they even take the time to make sure you have your coffee/etc just how you like it.

Another tim hortons did not make my drink right and i came here and the nice woman during midnight shift corrected the other stores mistake and made me a new one which was great and the way it should be. She was very nice about it and made it happily. I left feeling happy and fulfilled.

Always a nice clean place to meet for a coffee or a quick bite to eat. The staff are always friendly and fast. Their coffee is the best. I like to take a book and sit by the fireplace to read sometimes. I would highly recommend the 1 at 1 Harewood South.

We always have quick reliable service at this tims. Food is good. The only downside is the parking lot/gas station. Makes it a little tricky to get in and out.

High volume store. Staff is friendly and work as quickly as they can. Most certainly an A for effort.

They let you still use their washrooms in these troubling times and I came in for a wrap, they ran out of lettuce and nice girl gave me an extra hash brown for my trouble. Good location.

Always Fresh cup of coffee

I admire the professional attitude of the worker on December 31 at 4am. She didn't get overwhelmed with the high traffic volume although she was alone on the shift.
