Longo's Ajax

This location always delivers on quality. I've been shopping here for a while now, and they have the best quality meats and fruits in the area short of somewhere like Farmboy or another super organic place.

The staff is friendly and they stock their shelves very well.

I'm writing this review to shout out the guy at the meat counter who specially packaged some oxtail for me. You didn't just provide oxtail today. You helped to feed my family and develop our time at home. Give the guy with the glasses a raise for going above and beyond!

They also have charging stations for the EV peeps!

There are lot of quality food items. Fresh fruits , meat and newly baked bread. Service also nothing to complain.

Great Store very friendly gentleman that takes care of the outside front of the store always happy . Cashiers are also very nice . Cooked entrees are typically die for very good , I hope Sobeys lets Longos run their own way !

I'm from a small town, visiting the area and was wowed with the brightness of Longo's Ajax. The department layouts were easy to follow in wide, non-cluttered aisles. This store offered a wide variety to the offered selections. The bakery department was extremely courteous and helpful. Self checkouts were easy to use with any assistance required.

Amazing cakes ....can't find better then these ....Their strawberry shortcake is highly recommended, always fresh, loaded with fresh strawberries with light fluffy whipped. Sushi is amazing too. They have everything well made as well as their fresh produce.

The first impression when I walk in to this store is everything is beautifully displayed and organized! It's so tidy and clean that you can rarely find any imperfections here. Things are easier to look for with a lot of varieties! My husband loves their selection on alcoholic drinks.

This is a fabulous grocery store with some of the best produce I have found. Now, with that, I do find that everything is priced with a bit of a premium. However, I do still manage to find great deals and their sales are great.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the staff is always so helpful and friendly. They never disappoint.

Longo's Ajax is one of my favourite places to shop when in Ajax.

High end grocery store. The employees are attentive and nice. The store is always clean. Pricier than your average grocery store but you get what you pay for.

This location is one of the best in the Ajax area for fresh fruits, meats and vegetables. While I shop for other items in various locations, I typically only get my fresh items at Longos. The store is always clean, and well organized. If you walk in during the closing hours, you'll see the staff takedown all the fruits (likely to store them in their temperature control area).

I always liked this grocery store for their quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Now they have this Italian Fruit cake that is peanut-free, brand Milano. It also tastes great. I will buy more, is a safe gift for family with peanut allergies.

This is a truly impressive next generation grocery store. Attention to every minor detail to make it a worthwhile shopping experience for the whole family. The amenities are beyond any thing available in similar stores. The prepared food bar is comprehensive and the produce section is stocked with fresh vegetables and fruit. The bakery is artisinal and carries novel items not usually seen in other supermarkets. They have a customer lounge with TV and tables and a Starbucks on site. I encourage them to continue their good presentation and effort. A solid 5 star rating.

Great meat and very pleasant shopping. Does not necessarily have everything you may be looking for, but generally quite nice and high quality stuff. You will be paying a premium price but some sale items are very competitive.

I just love the cake selection here and so many choices. You can get customisation with names on the spot. The staff were very quick to serve you, and you didn't have to wait for a long time. This place got so many other options for shopping, and I had the best experience.

I brought two of my kids for the Mother's day baking class today. It was a very good experience and I was so happy to spend that quality time with my kids because of the Loft baking class today 😊 😀 My kids decorated their own cupcakes 🧁 ❤

Longos Ajax had a cheesecake that is covered in tropical fruits that is so very delicious. You need to order the day before you need it and they are always on time and the cheesecake is always on point. If you like cheesecake, check Longos out. I'm not supposed to be eating this thing but I truly can't barely help myself, the craving is real.😋

I usually go to the Longo's in Richmond Hill near my work for lunch, and it's never disappointed. So I gave the Ajax one a try today since I was WFH. The store was clean, there was lots of selection, and the same quality you'd expect from a higher price range store (photo for price reference: $70 hors d'oeuvres that serves 4 people at most). I did not have any interactions with staff, but they seemed alright. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the BBQ chicken from the hot foods bar. It had a strange texture, or rather, it melted in my mouth. The chicken leg isn't supposed to do that. So I chose not to eat just to be safe. The potatoe wedges were delicious, though.
