I don’t know how they do it here. I’ve been making gluten free food and treats for around 8 years and my stuff doesn’t even compare. How is it so moist? I got a cheese bagel and a couple cheese buns and they are SO GOOD. I got a few appies for NYE and the pastry is to die for. Flaky, not crumbly or dry, good flavour… I didn’t know it was possible for gluten free to taste this good! I do still eat gluten when we go out to a restaurant (husband is celiac so our home is GF but I’m not) and if you gave me a taste test I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Things are on the pricey side but what are the really good do about that with inflation and everything?

We recently had some friends visit us from out of town and knowing they had some gluten allergies we decided to pick up some treats a day before they arrived from the bakery. We got an assortment of squares and butter tarts to go with coffee and buns for lunch. All of it was SO good. Friends texted us a couple days later saying they were still dreaming about the cherry cheesecake brownies! Absolutely worth picking up some treats, even if you have no gluten allergies!

Abby Mae's has a nice variety of gluten free items such as breads, muffins, crackers, desserts, and prepared frozen meals. The owner's very dedicated at ensuring everything is 100% gluten free. They're introducing new products all the time so there's always something new to try!

Brought treats to work recently and they were SO popular! My boyfriend loves brownies and saved one for him as well and he can't wait for me to come back for another order. Great service as well!

Great Bakery! They have so many amazing items that you would never know are Gluten Free. I highly recommend trying the oat fudge bars on your first visit!

Abby Mae's is a celiac's dream come true. All of her baking is delicious, but I especially love her amazing lemon meringue pie, her dairy free brownies and her incredible cheese buns (which I can use for sandwiches, hamburgers, garlic bread etc. FYI ..Toasted they make an incredible bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich!)

The food is so great but the two people working there today (Saturday Aug 6) were the absolute SWEETEST. Definitely coming back and so worth the drive from Toronto!
