McDonald's

Didn’t think we’d be reviewing a McDonald’s today but we thought the service was really nice. Without asking, one of the ladies brought napkins to our table and moved a sign that she was worried would be in our way when we got up. It was a sweet gesture which we appreciated.

Honestly the best McDonald's I've had in SWO. Food was super fresh drive thru went fairly quick, but the parking lot layout to get to the drive thru is not the greatest.

This is one of my favorite McDonald's 2 come to the food is always hot and fresh drive thru is super fast and all the employees are so nice and friendly

I live in Toronto. I come to Aylmer to visit family once in awhile. I always use drive thru and decided to go in this time. Most pleasant Mc Donald's employees i have ever seen. Keep it up, guys.

Always got , fresh and speedy. Great for anytime of day or night, When life gets too busy, They give you a nice break from the rush of some days. I'm lovin it.

Best McDonald's customer service I have had across Canada! High School kids earning and doing what they should be!

Love the day time staff, they are truly the best.
Night staff however makes us wait 15 minutes for a tiny order when they’re not even busy because the manager is busy gossiping about other staff and throwing ketchup?

I was visiting the area for a wedding, my son and I made a pit stop and ordered breakfast. The food was great! It tasted so much better than it does In the states where I live it's unbelievable. The employees were very friendly, even the other customers were cheerful. Loved it. If I get back to the area I'll stop in for sure.

Great all around, had an issue with an order and management took complete care of it and I was totally impressed. Keep it

This McDonald's has the friendliest staff working here. Very personable. I left my wallet in the restaurant and went back 2 hours later when I realized I didn't have it. They had kept it secure for me for when I cam back. They are fast and accurate with their orders.

You know how some mcdonalds just hits better than others? This one is always great

Drive thru is the best option as walk in even for take out on a Friday night takes an insanely stupid amount of time. Even a customer that was waiting before I got inside had been there 10min already waiting for a chicken wrap. My family watched the drive thru empty out 7 times before I got back to the truck. Never again and all I went in for was a kids meal.

Best customer service, in my opinion.

5 stars to Connie who cleared our table and was so kind and considerate. 0 stars to the manager who treated her employee like dirt for trying to help

This lady was the greatest service I ever had in 40 years , she brought my food to table , got me a drink and also clean my table and even brought me wet naps for after my meal, I don't know her name but she is the best and deserves a raise!

I only order coffee, but it's the Best coffee!
I moved from Timmie's to McDonald's because it's a much better coffee!
Service is AWESOME too!!

Great coffee. Everyday. I might be addicted.
Just as important, the cups and lids are way better than that other place. Sounds stupid, but if you haven't had a McCoffee - go get one and you'll understand.
And the folks at the drive thru are always really friendly!

Honestly…the person who works the nugget station woke up on the right side of the bed the day I visited. The nuggets were crispy and hot and made with extra love I’ve never experienced before at a McDonalds. The Coke Zero was fizzy and cold, and quite honestly the best fountain soda I’ve had since the pandemic started. I’m really impressed how above and beyond the employees at this McDonalds went. Love it!!

Had the best Mcdonald's breakfast of my entire life the other night. I was on the road and decided to stop in for some dinner, I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and had brown. Both items were piping hot and fresh. Couldn't have asked for better service or food.

My family and I had a morning at nearby Clovermead and came here after for lunch. With 2 little kids it was easier to eat inside. With Covid restrictions in place, they had a hostess who was amazing to say the least. She made sure the high chairs were sanitized, got us the condiments needed and was uber polite. She must get alot of tough customers to deal with being at McDonald's, but you would never know based on her attitude. Thank you again for making our Thanksgiving Monday a morning to remember!
