Second time visiting and the Rocky River Cafe didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious. I gave a 4 star for food only because the gravy on the poutine wasn’t quite hot enough. But this won’t stop us from returning.

Very cute little spot. I was in town for an appointment and found myself staying the entire day wandering around, this place came highly recommended by locals and for a day it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie.

Highly recommend stopping here for a bite. It was relaxing and the atmosphere was amazing. My fish tacos were *chefs kiss* and the service was excellent.

Rocky River is a great spot for dinner in Perth. We were headed to a show and booked a reservation (recommended as both patio and inside tables were full).

Portions were monstrous. The schnitzel dinner could easily feed two. Mussels in white wine sauce. Superb. Accompanied by fresh cut fries and bread.

Generous portion of coconut cream pie for sharing. Awesome.👍

This restaurant was recommended to us by the staff at the Golden Dragon. We're glad we went. It was a little hard to find because it's easy to miss their sign.
Great dining experience! I like personable servers who can make the difference between an okay time, and a great time. Scott was an excellent server.
The menu is appropriately large and sourced locally where possible.
Busy but not congested... they turned a few people away, so be strategic in your visit. It will be well worth it!

The food was overall pretty good. Nice service, beautiful location. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and I really liked it. The calamari could have been a bit better seasoned, but very generous portion and arrived to the table hot. We will definitely go back

The wait staff are amazing, food even better. Great atmosphere, fantastic outdoor patio, private with rock water fountain. Can not say enough good things about this place. Eat there often, never feel rushed, staff magically appear when need, otherwise they leave you alone to enjoy. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful lunch after golf at this hidden gem. Service was exceptional, the server was attentive and put up with our goofy antics! Food was simply amazing. Everyone truly enjoyed their lunch choice. We will be back next time we’re in Perth!

Massively wonderful gem of an eating place in Perth, which has a wealth of eating places. This one stands out. The ambiance on the outdoor patio was amazing -- it was a leafy glade by a waterfall. The music was appropriate to dining. The wait staff was fabulous. The food was tasty and fresh with good portions. The price was reasonable. Would definitely go back again when in Perth.

Great lunch. My wife had the fish and chips. I had the Weiner Schnitzel. Both were great. We would go again if the area.

Last minute decision to stop by and see if they had a table on Valentines Day and they didn’t have a table but made it work for us. Then the food was just as good as the service. Amazing actually right from the starter salad to the dessert at the end. Everything was amazing. What a gem! Will go back for sure.

The food was delicious! Staff were friendly and quick. We got to sit on the Patio and enjoy the sun peeking through the clouds.

If you are in Perth this is an excellent place to go! It’s a cozy little restaurant with a back patio, excellent service and fantastic food! The serving sizes are huge! Lots of gluten free options and a dedicated GF fryer. I had the GF fish and chips which was so good! The piece of fish was huge and the fries were soo good. Two of the people I was with had the Nashville Spicy Chicken, fries and Cesar salad both absolutely loved their meals. My son said it was one of the best Spicy Chicken sandwiches he’s had. The buns were fluffy and super fresh. The Cesar salad was a big hit house made dressing and real bacon on it. The other person in our party had the burger and fries he said it was the best burger he’s had in a long time. The meat was fresh and you could tell it was not a pre made patty, again they commented how fluffy and fresh the bun was. The Cesar drink was excellent and had a kick to it if you like a spicier Cesar this is the one for you! We came at lunch time and it was a little bit of a wait for food but absolutely worth it and would wait again if need be! Joanna our server was extremely friendly and brings a wonderful energy to the place! I will absolutely go back again if we come to Perth!

We will definitely be coming back! After a recommendation, we decided to have lunch at this lovely local gem. The food was fantastic and being gluten free - I had SO MANY OPTIONS! Can't wait to come back for more.

Newly discovered and easily now one of our favourites and go to. Watch social media for the specials….fresh and amazing seafood! So nice to have a place like this, so close to home!

Dined at Rocky River Café for the first time last evening and what a delightful experience. My husband and I both had the special, steak frites, and it was one of the best we have ever tasted. The steak was cooked to perfection and the jus with it complimented the perfectly done frites. We also each had a pint of the lighter ale that we prefer which worked very well with our main course. Service was great, helpful and prompt with no hovering - atmosphere fun and vibrant. All in all a great experience. We will definitely be back.

A must go to place to stop in for lunch, dinner or even a drink when passing through Perth. We always make it in for a meal when I visit family in the area.
It is my favourite place to eat at in town. The staff are friendly and really out going. The service and all of the food is outstanding, cooked to perfection. One of my favourites are the fresh mussels.

They have a beautiful patio open in the spring and summer. It can get a little busy as many pass through town but they have a good flow. Very clean inside and out.

Just love love love to eat here. I highly recommend stopping by!
