What a wonderful restaurant. The Edgeview has it all along with small town charm and an Amazing view. Their Mushroom 🍄soup is out of this world! It recently won this year's Soup Bowl! My Bacon cheeseburger combo was not only tasty and homemade, but they get extra points because the bun was toasted, and I didn't have to ask for an extra napkin. The beef gravy is one the top 10 beef gravies I've ever had. They went out of their way to make me feel like family! I can't wait to go back and try the Chicken Parmesan! Thanks for such an enjoyable experience! 🐻

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The place is very cozy and has a great view.

The food was spectacular ! I had the chicken Parm, my wife a soup and sandwich. Both were delicious!

The service was excellent too, a great place to stop in, if ever going through Nipigon.

Back in September my girlfriend and I made a 2 week road trip to head up to sleeping giant. I never left a review of this place which is unfortunate due to the phenomenal service/hospitality and quality of the food. I wish I could remember the names of the couple that own it but none the less the food was so fantastic that we stopped there twice. Once on the way up to sleeping giant and we came back on the way down. To top it off we got a seat on their patio which over looks the river. If you are ever heading in that direction and looking for a place to eat or close to Nipegeon I would 100% recommend adding it to your list.

I've been leaving in the area for a year now and it's the first time I visit this place and definitely not the last one.

The BEST Burger!!! I’m not even kidding. Stopped here for lunch on our travels. The burger was perfection - nothing fancy but perfectly made & cooked patty with delicious bun, real cheddar, real bacon. Comes with salad or fries (we had the simple garden salad). Cozy inside but we sat on the sunny patio by the apple tree. Friendly & attentive service. Will definitely go again!

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at! It's definitely the best in the area. The owners are the loveliest couple you'd ever meet, a splendid chef and an equally amazing hostess/ waitress. The atmosphere is happy and comfortable, the food has never failed to be delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the portions. I highly recommend ordering whatever the special of the night is, ive had it be everything from coconut shrimp to bacon wrapped pork medallions. With any main dish comes with multiple sides, such as carrots, coleslaw, and french fries or mashed potatoes, such a bargain. For dessert I'd suggest trying the cherry chocolate trifle, it's the perfect finale to a perfect meal. Sadly they aren't open on weekends, but it's all the motivation I need to get out on a week night.

Drove from Thunder Bay to eat at the Edgeview Restaurant. Chicken bacon Carbonara is the best I’ve ever had. Our Daughter drove us there,it was her first visit there we go couple times a year and she also had the Carbonara and Loved it . Hubby had his fav the Pickeral dinner which was delishes . Germaine and Brian are the greatest people . Very friendly and great service always . Well worth the trip from Thunder Bay 💖If there were ten stars I’d give them ten

This place is amazing. Meals are amazing and taste like home cooking, owners are nice and friendly. They take so much pride in customer service that it blows major food chains out of the water. My only complaint is that they're off on Sundays, but I guess being this amazing they deserve a day off

The best Dine in food in the township of Nipigon, Brian and Germaine are absolutely beautiful and personable power couple! The view from the restaurants large windows is stunning, over looking Nipigon Bay, and Marina! We have had many of meals here, the patio in the summer is also just breathtaking sipping on a glass of wine enjoying this perfect location for a meal, and lucky enough to have conversation with the owners of this wonderful establishment! Thank you Germaine and Brian for being so welcoming!

The pickerel tacos are phenomenal. Crazy good. The Edgeview is about three doors down from my parents house, and during my visit my mom and I binged on these!I can't wait to get back and try more of the menu! 😊 Love, Dee!

Just had another absolutely awesome meal at the Edgeview. We dined here about a year ago and had to try it again. We weren’t disappointed. An excellent Caesar salad and bruschetta with the best chicken carbonara ever. The service was excellent. Timely. The food was fresh and hot. Very pleasant couple running the business. Thank you

Traveling through Nipigon on our way to Sleeping Giant and we came across this place. Amazing food and even better service. We got the bruschetta and the bacon cheese burgers and we were not disappointed. Almost forgot to mention the amazing view of Lake Superior from the patio.

Super friendly owners, and absolutely delicious food. I got the carbonara and a take home soup for later. Both were delicious and I will definitely be returning.

Hands down the best restaurant in Nipigon! The burgers are out of this world good, fantastic specials daily! The flavours coming out of this kitchen never cease to amaze me, every meal is made and served with pride! The staff are so friendly and accommodating the go to great lengths to make every visit fabulous! Oh and did I mention they have a great patio with and amazing view of the Nipigon River... I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Stopped in just before they closed and am so glad we did! The owners are incredibly friendly and the homemade food was excellent. Highly recommend this little gem on your way through Nipigon!

Daughter and I stopped in for some cheese burgers with home cut fries and they were Surperb! The rhubarb crisp and apple pie were great too!

We’ll be stopping in here on our way back.

One of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten! My hubby had their new pork burger which was superb!!! The service was also so good! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!
