McDonald's

8:30 am with my daughter for breakfast order for whole family. She had a question and went to ask (as she was ordering from machine) and got a nice friendly answer. We had a nice experience with service and staff. We had large order 40$ items was ready at 15 min. All was good. By 9 am this location got so busy for Sunday morning.

Great place for breakfast and summer drinks. Good choices of meals.

Let me tell you all, as a previous employee of this McDonalds I can tell you all the secrets
1. The place is run by a bunch of teens who hate their job so why would they care about service, they are just there to earn whatever $ an hour
2. The adults working there also hate their job and they are also not paid enough for the amount of work they do
3. Owners are cheap. Cut so many hours to save them money but have service be slower. They tell the workers to be faster when there should be more people working at once
4. Upper management is awful and very unprofessional.
4.1) They are not transparent pay so you could never tell if you were missing money
4.2) They will schedule talks with employees, to which they will cancel it not even tell the employee(s) so they show up for nothing

And now we move onto you. The person reading this, the customer.
Some of you are very nice people who I genuinely enjoyed serving, however, most of the problems in these reviews are caused by customers being rude human beings. So many of you think you are entitled to things, we don't care how old you are, you are waiting in line like everyone else. We don't care how many kids you have... clean up your damn table. Yes we know we can be slow at times but that is not the fault of whoever is taking your order. Do not yell at the person who took your order unless they for sure messed up, but most times it is you the customer who forgets to tell us something, you who doesn’t speak loud enough so we can't hear you, or you who can't make up your mind and order something.

BOTTOM LINE IS YES WE KNOW WE ARE AWFUL, NO WE DON’T WANT TO GET BETTER BECAUSE YOU DON'T DESERVE BETTER SERVICE AND WE DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH TO CARE.

Google needs to figure out a way to permit multiple reviews over a certain time since restaurant ownership can change and ratings can change.

Today I am giving 5 stars because the drive-through experience from order window to pick up and all the yummy goodness that follows absolutely blew me away. I hope this location doesn’t change the way they do things, doing excellent right now.

2018 review (3 star) - Feel sorry for the one staff that has to do everything. Manager just makes coffee. Owners of this Mcd are horrible slave drivers. A$$

This location has really grown on me over the past 2 years. (I previously left a 1 star here 2 years ago). The staff are courteous and remember your name (thanks to the upgraded app!). Their morning service, 7 days a week is spot on.

95% of all the reviews below (and soon to be above) are for the 150 McNaughton location. This location is inside the Walmart!!!!’ Stop giving this McDonald’s bad reviews. It’s far better than the large freestanding one on mcnaughton. That one is the worst location. So make sure you review it under proper address.

Great location to drive past when you're on your way to some better place. Be careful of the many pigeons that congregate nearby. Also maintain vigilance against the hoards of unescorted oldniks wandering about this area. Apply caution when approaching the frequently operating transit vehicles that block your view and path. But you go right ahead and enjoy those fries, shove 'em right on in, chew 'em up, and swallow that greasy load.

Honestly, this is one of the best McDonalds locations I have been too in a long time! I live near by, go regularly now, my Large DD Coffee
's are always perfect, long line-ups pushed thru quickly (A Rare thing these days) and so far the few times I do get a Burger, they are Hot and Fresh which is also rare these days at many other locations. Highly recommend this McDonalds location, well run!!!

Brand new not so well-known American restaurant that's open 24 hours with a spacious and cozy interior! Great (and long overdue) addition to the area! There's also another McDonald's at the nearby Walmart but this location has more seating and shorter lines.

Being the regular customer I am, I always feel welcomed when coming to this McDonalds. The workers are very friendly and always provide the best costumer service. These employees in particular, Manager Manroop and Huseyin! Created this account just to leave this review and show my gratitude to the Best McDonalds ever! Keep it up!

Great customer service. The cashier saw I was struggling with my kids and she told me She’ll bring the food to my table. It was so nice of her. The place is also kept nice and clean.

Newly Started. Great enthusiasm in the staff. Good management and employees.

Best one iv been to in this region during covid. Lots of space and outside seating. The food is very well made, very fast preparation around 2pm.

Waited 20 min as they had a brand new crew that was having a meltdown, but the manager stepped in and made it right, we left happy enough to leave 5 stars.

Everything was just about fine. The location is just like any other McDonald's. But it has much more nice service and higher quality food.

Helpful and friendly. The young people that work the drivethu are always friendly. Happy Meal is always a hit with my kids. Apple and Milk as an option. Brilliant.

Good restaurant, but had to listen to a boomer in front of me whine because an employee didn’t say thank you to him. Too many entitled customers, I feel bad for the workers
