Authentic Caribbean food and amazing owners. The food here is 10/10, incredibly flavourful and delicious. The owner is the kindest and most patient. She made our time there extremely special. Servings are huge and very reasonable price! Everything is made from scratch and fresh, and you could taste flavour in every bite! Will be going back for sure :)

Can not recommend this spot enough . Owners are great people. The food is always full of flavour and the portion sizes is more then worth the cost. Spicy jerk chicken meal is a must try and my personal favourite . The spicy Patties are so good too . If you love Caribbean style food or want to try something new you have to stop in to TotC

Great flavour in every dish. This is exactly what we were looking for in a Carribean restaurant.

We had chicken and festival and a large Jerk chicken with red beans and rice, Calypso Coleslaw and plantains.

We can't wait to do dinner on a weekend so we can try the oxtail and goat!

Had the Jerk chicken tonight. It was so good. service was fast and friendly. Thank you for a great dinner, those plantains.....yum

I am so happy I came across this gem. The food is fantastic and is packed full of great flavour. The prices per portion are so reasonable. The service is so friendly and great. There are dine in and take-out options. What more can someone ask for? I have been here a few times already and will continue to be a regular here. This is my favourite spot for food. Haven't had Caribbean food this good in a very long time.

Amazing food, everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved deluxe stuffed patties with spicy beef and mango cheesecake and festivals are to die for. Great jerk chicken with slaw and gravy. Highly recommended,everything is freshly made from scratch 😋. Delicious! Prices are very fair.

Our friends took us out for a meal to The Taste of the Caribbean and it was the best chicken I have ever had and the owner (Maribelle) and her staff (especially Tina) is the sweetest ladies I have ever met. The food was amazing and the service was great! Overall it was an amazing experience and we are so excited to come back. Thank you Maribelle!

Came with my mom and my son from Kitchener/ Toronto. We were drawn into this cozy place to have dinner.
This lovely lady that was there at the time was extremely nice, excellent service. Our oxtail was exquisite, the meat was super tender, tasty, fluffy rice full of flavour. The plantain and slaw were outstanding.

Our visit today was excellent. Definitely recommend.

A great location for lunch or dinner. You may enter as a stranger but you will leave like family. We visit often and our little girl enjoys Mama bell and her cooking!

Becareful on the very spicey jerk chicken curry dishes and I would saw I have a reasonably good spice tolerance eating a Ghost Pepper but itself. But you can get mild it's still got a nice kick to it.
The oxtail is great too!

If you are looking for some amazing food that is full of flavor, then you have to try Taste of the Caribbean. I love trying new places because you never know what you're going to get. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. So glad we went here definitely will be bringing family and friends for some amazing food. Thank You Maribel for making our experience very special.

Stopped by for a late lunch and got the mild jerk chicken and it was delicious! You can definitely taste the passion in the food. The meat was so tender it fell off the bone, and the flavours warm the belly. Can't wait to stop by again, and try more of the menu.

Need Real Jamaican food it's to be found at Taste of the Caribbean right in Aylmer Ontario. Great food. Good people great vibes. Maribel is a great chef and has a wonderful personality which makes you feel right at home. 10/10

A little bit of Jamaica here in Aylmer. You'll find quintessential jerk, festival, Caribbean curries and patties on the menu. The recipes in this family run restaurant are gently spiced so don't hold back from giving them a try if you are concerned. Of course, more spice can always be requested to suit your pallette's preference. Either way the dishes are flavorful. The weekend specials including ox tail and curry goat are delicious.

Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! Food was great but getting to talk to the owner and hear the passion was even better. Exactly what a small town restaurant should be! If the menu confuses or scares you just go in and ask about it because she will make sure you go home with the perfect meal!

Love love love that there is a Carribbean restaurent in Aylmer! Tried the Jerk Chicken (which has always been my base line for any Carribbean restaurent) and it was delicious. Looking forward to trying the Ox and hopefully a a roti when they start making them :)
