Had the main door handle malfunction, right before showings for the sale of the house. In a pinch, Adam was able to get his technician Ed to come and help. Ed checked all the options for entry before rolling up his sleeves and performing what looked like magic. Thanks Ed. Saved myself and a lot of people from stress. Top notch. Highly recommend.

Our trusty Ska and Reggae Festival van 'Gussy' was giving us lots of trouble with the ignition key. I didn't know who to call, a mechanic, a locksmith? A friend recommended Arcadia and they were amazing.

Not only did Arcadia come and do a site visit to fix the van in our parking lot, they had the ignition parts we needed in stock. They were also able to cut new keys to the original factory specs and they work so much better than the ones we used before.

Exceptional mobile service, cheaper than the competition and they arrived at my home when they said they would. Simple, no mess key cutting service for my new (to me) car which had no spare key. Arcadia quickly and easily cut us a spare key and programmed it to my car. Works like a dream! Great value for money and highly recommended.

Showed up exactly when expected, cut us 28 keys on-site, rekeyed four locks to three keys for us in the same time as it took another company to change one doorknob, and Arcadia's rates were way better, too. Super service, reasonable cost!
