Lovely spot with lots of shops, a nice restaurant, grocer and common areas. Get an ice cream cone and sit in the sunshine.

If you love long walks with tall trees and blackberry bushes on each side, this is one place to go. Friendly bikers, sometimes you share the road with a horse. It's like being in the country in the city of Victoria!

Well the red barn is there, love going in there to browse. Really got some great meat deals there! There's also ice cream place, gift shop, tea room that sell goodies! Very nice place!!

Love the many different shops, with clothes, gifts, an art gallery, tea and ice cream shop (Adrienne's), restaurant, as well as a garden centre and Red Barn Market. Something for everyone! Nice green area with picnic benches out back.

Adorable destination for everyone. Over a dozen quant shops, restaurant, ice-cream parlour, spa, liquor store, health centre, and a Red Barn Market. All encircling a grassy courtyard - even dogs are welcome.

More than I expected to find. The grocery store is packed and fairly reasonable prices. The glass shop is lovely, if take a class of I lived closer! Make sure to eat at bakery/ restaurant.

Great little Cafe in a bustling little shopping center. The staff were very helpful, and kind. I found the food to be fresh. The soups and sandwiches are very good and fresh. The deserts are nice. They also have a good selection of tea, which I like as I don't drink coffee. Thanks for the delightful visit to the little Cafe!

There are many different shops in this mall. One of them is the "Ladybug". They have many cute collection. I bought a beautiful candle. Recommended place to peep up.

Upscale tourist-trap-style single story shopping centre. Lots of different shops from art, fashion, to curios. And a cold beer and wine with a good selection of booze.

There's a pond and numerous sitting areas if you just want to hang out in a pleasant atmosphere, a sit-down restaurant, and a cafe. I've not eaten in the restaurant, but the cafe makes *extremely* good sandwiches. For around $8, they are really, really good.

It's adjacent to the Galloping Goose Trail, so it would make a nice stop off point for lunch and a relaxing browse.

Mattick's farm is a lovely place to visit & enjoy a feeling of quiet holiday so close to Victoria. Adrienne's Tea House has seated lunch or take out to the courtyard & use one of the picnic tables. Saturdays has live music & many flavours of ice cream available by cone or cup. There are several shops for gifts, cards or art. Its close to golf courses and cyclists from the Lochside trail take advantage of a water & rest stop. The mini golf is a fun way to spend your afternoon & pick up your veggies & the Red Barn Market before leaving for home. There is something for everyone at Mattick's Farm.

Great location wether you are looking for a place to start your bike ride, your hike or just a casual walk through with friends. It's small but has almost everything you might need for diner! I also love the one of a kind shops.

A fun place to visit, whether a tourist or a local. I've enjoyed the ice cream, the entertainment and the mini-golf in recent years, and have been told that the golf course is super. Getting off the highway on the Peninsula offers great areas to explore and Mattick's Farm is an excellent central location or stopping point, depending on your trip.

Lots of shopping options and services. Plenty of parking and we'll maintained.

Area is quite clean and safe. Prices are higher than other shopping plazas, but lots of variety.

A popular break area for cyclists riding the goose/lochside trail route.

Hidden away from the main part of Victoria this is a fun little strip mall to visit once in a while. There is a tea room, a well stocked gardening centre, a mini golf place, as well as some other stores. There is quite a bit of parking, although this place can get quite busy so parking can get scarce, but I have never not found a spot.

This use always one of our favorite summer family destinations. Little minigolf, some ice cream, maybe a coffee. Fun distance from town to bike to as well.

My family enjoyed the mini-golf at Mattick’s Farm. It’s a reasonably priced course for $6.50 1st round, $3 2nd round. The course is beautifully shaded in the midst of tall Douglas fir. We also enjoyed the bakery and Red Barn Market. Covid safety protocols were followed in a friendly, relaxed manner.
