I had a question about a wine, the staff were so kind and answered all if my questions with kindness and respect

The staff here are wonderful. My baby lost one of his shoes between being in the store and heading to the parking lot. Several employees stopped what they were doing to look for his shoe!

I visited earlier today and was floored by the service I received from an employee named Nunzia. She was incredibly helpful and did it all with grace and kindness. I wish they all were like that. Customer service at its finest.

I Ranjana Mondal, have been doctor Palash's patient. I find him very devoted to his work as well as he has sound knowledge in his field.

Recently started buying wine for my wife. Great selection, vintage section has a great selection, we ventured in there today and had a look at their stock. Some really interesting bottles.

I came here to tell you about someone that has helped me a few times in the past. Michael is very knowledgeable and was able to help us pick out a bottle of wine to use for mulled wine. The next time we went, we were looking for champagne and again he knew the sugar content of every champagne they had on the shelf. I was extremely happy with the service he provided. He was also able to tell us details of where the product was from all from memory.
